Lifesaver. We had an emergency and Kevin and KO Fire saved the day. A roofer pierced then incorrectly replaced a pipe connected to our fire sprinkler system in our bedroom ceiling. A major leak ensued. We called KO Fire based on Yelp reviews and Kevin got someone to our house within an hour. The person quickly replaced the pipe. Kevin explained to us how fire sprinkler piping is different than other piping and requires a higher level of expertise because we're talking about fire prevention and potential water damage. Kevin and KO Fire have that expertise and we highly recommend them. The below photos show the wrong piping (white pipe) and the correct piping (orange pipe). Major difference. They also tested the system after a couple hours to ensure it was working properly and the leak was sealed completely. I manage properties and had an emergency at a single family home that had a flood from the fire sprinklers. I called around many places for help but Kevin was the only one who knew what the issue was. By looking at pictures and video he was able to see that they have a concealed sprinkler head cover & explained that the orange pipe is the CPVC and that it needed to be replaced. This is a long due review. We had a sprinkler head leak in center of the bedroom. We tried to find a fire sprinkler contractor who can come asap to fix it for us. No response from our friend's referral, yellow page, Google.. but KO responded right away from Yelp! Then they also came on same day, fixed the leaked sprinkler head, wait it for dry for a few hours and then came back finished the job and checked everything around 7pm~ In between, they also need to coordinate with the HOA fire alarm company to put the system on testing so the repair work can be done.
