He asked me to text him a photo, but never called me back. I guess Fire Safe is so successful they don't need my business or their customer service is poor. I initially gave a poor review. Came home from vacation to find continuous water flow from a relief pipe out of the side of my house. Traced it back to the fire system. Called up several fire sprinkler companies to help diagnose. While most were helpful over the phone, most pointed out a faulty relief valve but couldn't get me scheduled soon enough. The next day I received a call back from Joe from Fire Safe Group who walked me through a potential fix over the phone. He believed the pressure had simply gone past the predetermined safe zone and tripped the relief valve on its own. In other words, it was working as expected. He had me manually open the valve to release more water. Sure enough, it worked and now the relief valve isn't dumping water anymore and pressure has dropped to below the unsafe level. He didn't seem concerned at all. I asked how much he would charge me and he told me not to worry about it. I was on the phone for 15 or so minutes. Fire Safe was timely, professional, and thorough. I emailed them asking for a quote late at night when the fire system leak was diagnosed by a regular plumber. Mike the owner responded by 5:45am the next morning. By 8am, the office manager Oscar provided an hourly labor rate that was fair (and lower than many plumbers although this is a specialty repair) and said someone can be there that day. Augie one of their technicians showed up at 9:30am that morning. Augie was very professional and explained what work that needed to happen. When the clearance was too tight to do the repair, he explained the problem and why it was necessary to cut another hole in the ceiling to complete the repair. He diagnosed another issue with the exterior flow valve which affected the external fire alarm. Augie provided honest advice about the options and explained the flow valve repair wasn't necessary right away. However it would be needed if we were to sell and he gave me an estimate for the part. I called Oscar and he said he said they would not charge extra labor since they were on site. So it was smarter for me to get everything fixed. After the repairs were completed, Augie took the extra time to explain how to shut off the water main and drain the fire sprinkler system to minimize the water damage if there was a fire. Overall they did a good job and I was very satified with the work done. They will be my go-to fire sprinker company going forward read more

I agree with the review below. They seem very good but their payment policies are a bit extreme. I had a very large remodel job done and was very good about running over when they wanted a check. Then on final inspection the final balance was due and they were a bit aggressive about it. So I'm glad someone has corroborated this so I'm not the only one who thinks it's strange. Now I'm waiting on Oscar to get back to me on some smoke detectors. My contractor had asked about these before but there has been no response. I did my part when I was pushed to pay and now I am patiently waiting. I will update this if and when I hear since I've emailed twice now. I will try to contact the owner if I get no response from Oscar since I think I deserve good service in the end although they've been paid in full. read more

I needed to do a retrofit of fire sprinklers in my office building so I gave these guys a call. I dealt with a service manager named Oscar. After scheduling, Oscar came out and looked around, clearly describing what prep work was required by me before his guys can do the job. After opening all the holes to the sizes he requested, we scheduled for his techs to come in on a Saturday to do the work. On the day of service, his guys called me early to let me know they were on their way. Before I even arrived on location, they had already shorted and drained the fire sprinkler system. I walked them through the office and pointed out the sprinkler heads that needed retrofitting. I left and after three hours, it was all done. These guys are professional and good at what they do.
