They have classes with instructors if you are learning, and the instructors are amazing. I had an opportunity to train with Sam sadrake and she is an amazing coach. The only issue is the classes get booked out very fast and not a lot of them are available during weekends. Some of the group classes are useless because I registered for a group class which was for a month, and in them for two weekends there's no class and the classes are available only for two weekends which essentially means that I pay for an entire month for two classes and on the other hand the individual classes are like 16$ *2 per person which is way less than 126$ for a month of two classes. They really need to work on operations of managing the classes because the customer service team is way confused when we ask more questions and they aren't helpful at all. As a facility, it's very well maintained with all the facilities. But I eventually end up not using them because of their operational inefficiencies. Hopefully they get better.

The indoor court itself is spacious and well-maintained, with many courts available. This allows players to team up at the right level and enjoy playing tennis. What I absolutely loved about this place are the coaches. They are truly amazing! The coaches are very passionate about tennis and dedicated to providing the best lessons to their students. During the 2-hour lesson I signed up for, they did their utmost to deliver high-quality instruction. They genuinely wanted us to fall in love with tennis and immerse ourselves in the game. Although it is a bit far from where I live, I will definitely visit this place again for lessons and to play tennis. I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes to play tennis or wants to take lessons. I'm confident that you won't find a better place than this.

Today I played 18 on East in the glorious sun. We got a tee time about a week prior before the…read moreforecast had sun so we were lucky to be playing on such a nice day. While I was waiting to pay, the pro shop was getting lots of calls for tee times and they had to turn them down due being all booked up- makes sense. All of the employees I came in contact with were very nice and upbeat, even the guy that I told I was looking at his nuts when I was looking at the snacks they had for sale. Snacks are limited, chips, nuts, cookies and pre-made sandwiches but they have the Von Ebert Brewery on site where you can get food too. They are beer and claws in the pro shop to keep you loose during 18. IMO, the course was very well maintained. It was obviously pretty wet and muddy but it's March in Portland so to be expected wherever you go. The greens are well taken care of as well as the carts. I paid 46 for 18 with a cart. I really enjoy Glendoveer and will look forward to playing here soon!!

The group in front of us was just standing there. Apparently there was a group in front of them still trying to get on the green. Then the group behind us showed up in number two tee box behind us. After 5 minutes they rolled to us to see what was happening. I told them a 6 hour round was about to happen. I called the pro-shop. The seemed concerned. We waited another 10 minutes. We called it and went back for a rain check. They were surprised to see us. We called. They had no clue what was happening. So what did they do? They charged us for two holes of golf and gave us the prorated amount left over.... Are you kidding me. What planet are these people from. WHO DOES THAT! Complete incompetence. Never again. Beautiful course run by a ship of fools.

If you're a parent and care about your child's safety, I wouldn't recommend enrolling at this gym!…read moreI'm writing this review not just as a parent who pays $150 per month for my membership with childcare, but also as a school director myself ,and a mandated Oregon State child safety reporter. Before posting this review, I have tried contacting the owner several times about child safety -- with no response. Here are a couple of child safety issues I have observed: -- Instance #1: About two months ago on a week night, a one and a half year old ran out from the kids center. And due to short staffing, it wasn't noticed by staff members. Luckily, I stopped the child from running out to the gym floor. When I brought this to the director's attention, (Cindy), she said that it never happened because the cameras didn't see it happen. Scoffing and rolling her eyes. She then got back on her tablet, and ignored me. --Instance #2: The child care was short staffed. When this happens, they put the older kids with the infants/toddlers. On a few of those instances, other parents and I, have seen the older kids hurt the smaller children (violently at times). After witnessing this, I tried to find the Director and she was no where to be found. She was on "Break". -- Instance #3: Last night (4/7/26) at roughly 5:15 pm. There was one staff member to probably 20 kids. I tried to talk to the director. Once again, she rudely rolled her eyes at me. Then her and the front desk girl started laughing and mocking me. And said within earshot, "What's her f**** problem". Hopefully after posting this review the, child safety issues are addressed. And the employee culture as well. ***Review update: The owner finally contacted me, and he said all the right things. I will update the review further if changes regarding the safety issues and toxic employee culture are truly addressed. ***
