When we made our way to the shoe department, the associates there were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They answered our questions, helped us find the right size, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values customer service and actually takes the time to acknowledge you. Of course, I couldn't leave without finding something for myself! I ended up grabbing a pair of Nike slides, and they've turned out to be one of my favorite purchases lately. They're unbelievably comfortable -- basically like wearing slippers -- and I find myself reaching for them every single day. Overall, it was an easy, enjoyable shopping trip, and I'll definitely be heading back to Dick's the next time we're in the market for shoes.

I had no intention of stealing anything; rather, wanted to buy a tennis racket but there was no "pro" or anyone else there that offered to help. Then to footwear to look for tennis shoes, no one to help there either. Lastly, the fishing department and to no surprise, no one to help there either. Also, end caps in several departments were empty with only a few things on hooks, similar to most of the fishing department. It was not easy for me to go back to Dicks after I swore I never would after they started removing the gun department, first the pistols, then the black rifles, then the entire department but I thought they'd have a nicer selection of tennis racquets, which they didn't...none in my size of 4 5/8" grip. I guess there's some truth to the saying "When you go woke, you go broke", will not ever visit another Dicks Sporting Goods AND might want to think about adding a few employees to this store or just close down!

You can do either 9 holes or 20 and the prices are very reasonable, and all holes are 80 yards or less so you only need a putter and a wedge. They usually have drink carts circulating the course on the weekends so you can savor a cold one while you try not to embarrass yourself against your friend's best efforts. My favorite part of the course is actually trying to find shanked balls in the blackberry bushes that serve as the boundaries for the course. Normally, it's a win if I can walk away with more balls than I started. The views are quite wonderful, especially on the 20 hole course. And if you're a passport holder, this is an essential experience that is much cheaper than the counterpart over on the course... this is your choice if you're not stress about performance and you're on the quest for legit fun.

Once a bit inside we were greeted, saw the store side, and went to look around. They do not have an extensive amount of items for camping/outdoor activities, but they do have a few. I found an item I knew I didn't own because I always just worked around it, but decided I needed something so a convenience item it was. Place was clean and staff was pleasant. No issues using my gift cards so it was worth the trip.

I tried to use them to trade in my travel trailer. On email I caught the sales person in a lie about the value of my RV trailer, and another about the value of their RV trailer. He sent proof that they are selling items 16% above retail costs, plus passing all of their taxes onto the consumer. DO NOT recommend. Many other places are cheaper and better service!

We started out with renting equipment and range time. From day one we were treated like family. Every staff member was caring and passionate and invested time in helping us. They create an environment of camaraderie with both the staff and their clientele. We enjoy both the Vancouver and Troutdale locations and have since purchased 4 bows and all accessories for the kids and adults. They were beyond amazing helping us to pick out the best purchase options balancing need, cost and quality. You won't find a better and honest place. The owners Joe and Megan along with Nick, Kyle, Noah, Chris, James and the other staff were all personally involved helping us. We also recently had a bday party there and I cannot give enough thanks to Kyle and Chris for personally making it perfect. They went beyond expectations in helping the kids and us with equipment and skillset to enjoy the party. If you're interested in Archery or just looking for a great hobby or activity you cannot go wrong with Archery World. I came here looking for baby chicks for my mom. She couldn't find any near her, so I figured--why not check this place out? It's a cute spot and has everything you'd need to keep your animals happy--especially baby chicks! They had just gotten a new shipment with a variety of breeds. My mom chose the Jersey Giants and she's very happy with them. The place is clean and welcoming. Things were easy to find, and the prices were reasonable. There was one small oops at checkout--they accidentally rang up my chicks as an $89 bag. The cashier read the price and asked me to pay, but I pointed out that these were chicks, not a bag! She quickly corrected the mistake and apologized. So yes--double-check the labels and review your prices before paying! Plenty of parking spots, and they accept both cash and card. Overall, a fun place to look around!

Finally just gave up and asked they cancel the order As I have other work to do and don't intend to set up a PO box when I can spend $ elsewhere. Consistently poor experience at this store and have to wonder if anyone is home as customer service seems a very low priority. Very rude and disrespectful, he admitted he doesn't care about customer service and neither does Big 5. Very rude and told me to leave the store.
