Made an Appointment for 10:45 for our two dogs and we waited over an hour to see just one of our dogs. Ridiculous. Will never come back. Go elsewhere. read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone take ANY animal to this awful place. If they would have cared & actually examine my pet he would still be alive. But instead, I had to have him put down today bc he was in so much pain resulting from lack of care from the vet that could have been prevented!! my pets are FAMILY & should be treated as such. Not like your just another pay check walking thru the door. This place disgusts me!!! I called them in desperate need of help, I swore I'd never use them again after they caused the death to a couple of my animals. But I was desperate and I had a horse in need, one of the vets doesn't live far from me and they couldn't care less to help me, thank god for pleasant hill vet clinic, they got to me in 30 mins and saved my horses life! I will never ever give your clinic the time of day and I'll make sure I tell all of my friends/family to stay clear of you too! read more

they whole staff lacks empathy and the doctors dont actually see you as they feel they are too good one time the techs were at lunch and the doctor had to come out i could hear him in the back complaining about having to talk to me read more

The care that is given to the dogs is impeccable, but the front desk. . . That's a different story, I watch an older lady pick up the ringing phone just to hang it up to stop it from ringing. Their prices on animal car is unbeatable but the service from the older lady is the true price you're really paying. Otherwise if you can get through all of that then it's amazing. Dr. Betsy is amazing and is the true reason I still come back. If she wasn't there we would have chosen a different vet a long time ago. read more

The care that my dog has received is just fine. No real complaints there. The prices are fine. The service, however, is sub par at best. After about two years of dealing with unkind inefficient people, I will now be taking my dog elsewhere. read more

After 13 years of an unendingly miserable (and expensive) vet experience I decided to give Koch-Stigge a try. They handle dogs, cats and plenty of other animals (the vet I met had just been working on a COW. I was so very, very impressed with their level of service. They were friendly, professional, outlined all of our options and suggested the least expensive route - adding that the 'extras' probably wouldn't be worth the extra cost. I walked out of there with less than $45 in costs and that included medication for my dog. I am definitely going to bring my other dogs and cats there! read more

Highly recommend this clinic!My cat had complications from a urinary tract infection and we had gotten him treated at another vet. Well needless to say,my cat came back to us looking awful fur all matted smelled awful. But anyway we happend to find this vet on the internet,it was late at night around 9 or so called the emergency number and the vet met us at the clinic that night!He was so caring gentle to my sweet Taz. Our Dog Annabelle hates going to the Vet or Groomer, She had Surgery at Koch - Stigge and they didn't even put her out and Our Dog acted like she didn't even want to leave never hurt - even felt she found her new best friends... They actually came out and explained the whole thing do us and treated us like she and us were special.. Other Vets never did that before.. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else, Dr. Koch and all the vets at this clinic are wonderful. I've been using Dr. Koch for over 24 years, I couldn't ask for a more compassionate vet, he knows how I love my dogs and always takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with them and the best way the treat them. He doesn't run expensive tests if not required, like some vets. He always give the most cost effective, without compromising health care, method to treat my dogs. Our first Rottweiler, he took such great care of and he had a lot of issues, and he always provided affordable, yet outstanding care. Our newest family member has some hip issues and he knew how hard it would hit me and made sure he, himself was one to deliver the bad news, and did so in privacy of room, when most vets would have just came out to waiting room and told me. He was totally prepared for my reaction with Kleenex's in hand, proving yet again the compassion he has not only for pets but the pet's owner. Our older dog has seen the newest vet to join office, Dr. Richardson, quite a lot due to allergies. And even though our older dog is not always the nicest, he is always so gentle and caring with her. Called in a little before 1pm to schedule an appointment for my dog who was bitten by a nonvenomous snake. While explaining the situation, the receptionist rudely interrupted and said in a snarky tone, "You've called during lunch. There's no one here to help you." Then why don't you post on your website that you don't want calls from 1pm to whenever? Or how about just not answer the phone? How sad that the first contact you have with a business is rude enough to turn away a client. She should be reprimanded or find other employment where she does not have to talk to people. My husband and I have a boxer and 2 English Bulldogs! We already had a primary vet however, trusted staff started leaving and prices started increasing and it just seem like they no longer cared about the well being of our fur babies! I then found Koch-Stigge which is about 20-25 minutes south of us but we don't care about the drive! The staff is very pleasant and all of the veterinarians are knowledgeable. They treat our fur babies as if they were their own! Very reasonably priced and convenient hours of operation!!! Thank goodness I found Kock-Stigge!!!!!! read more

I was extremely disappointed with Koch-Stigge and dentals I had for my cats. I guess you get what you pay for. When I dropped off my cat I explained I suspected stomatitis and gave them the permission in writing to do what was necessary. When I picked him up they told me there was no indication of stomatitis. 2 months later I ended up having to have all his teeth pulled to the tune of $2000 and they would not refund me for the cleaning, or lack thereof. I also doubt my other two cats actually had their teeth cleaned. read more
