We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.

When i arrived after A 40 min drive in 95 degree heat they said had no record of the appt. At that point I became verbally abusive and for that I am sorry. Since I live in Grandview, and they had been so helpful over the phone, I was able to get a same day appointment that afternoon! From the moment I walked in, my little man was showered with love and attention. The ladies i worked with both in person or on the phone (Dr Hamilton, Ella, Mikayla, Megan) were FANTASTIC. I am a first time dog owner and they explained everything in detail and answered all my silly questions. If you're furry friends need help, you can absolutely put your faith in this clinic!! Plug into google maps and off I go for my hour long drive, pull into this parking lot ... call inside to let them know we were here, but we were at the wrong vet.... OMG. What had I done . The vet I was talking with on the phone advised me where I was is also an avian vet and that they should be able to help me. So I go inside this Vet (Belton Animal Clinic and Exotic Care Ctr) and announced I was in the wrong place but hoped they could help. We had a good chuckle and they got me set up immediately in a room while waiting for the Vet. I couldn't believe they were available. While there the feather corrected itself and they were able to do a wing, nail and beak trim also. The vet tech and Dr Peck were the nicest people that my bird has ever been seen by. I was able to be in the room which made me feel so much more at ease as well as my bird. I can't get over how Great this place is!! It's super clean, the staff has extensive knowledge of birds, they're kind and gentle and the Number 1vet we've experienced in our 20 years together. I highly recommend!!!
