New to Florida we did not have time to investigate the best insurance companies so went with one…read morethat was easiest to connect with but after a few months we noticed the customer service was horrible and the rates were high so I took the time to look into other companies and called our local State Farm Agent and was connected to: Andres Vicentti, Account Manager. From the first phone call Andres was responsive and followed through with each request with clarity and professionalism. It took a few weeks to go through our current insurance policies in order to compare and evaluate what State Farm could offer us. In the end Andres was able to match our old policies to State Farm policies and in some instances he was able to actually get better coverage for less out of pocket costs. In the end we switched both automobiles and our home insurance to State Farm, saving us over $1000 a year. And because we are retired that savings is a huge positive for our budget. If you don't have State Farm it may be worth a call to Andres to see if he can get you good coverage at a reasonable price. It was for us and I am so grateful for the time Andres took in order to get us exactly what we needed.
