And he is not allowed to ask for half down, He told me that his company will not allow him to continue work until he gets 50% down I have text messages, documenting everything, he does not have a business license in Needles. I was at the City of Needles and they confirmed he did not talk to the inspector, approving anything for my pipes, but yet he lied and told me he did. Then, after I paid for the permit, so a handyman ...Danny could fix the repair on the pipe and put in my sink. He promised he would be back within 10 minutes. He lied again did not come back and told me that he was not authorized to come back I literally was there speaking to the permit person at city offices and she verified with me...She just got through telling him he is approved to do the job so he lied again. He told me people in Needles trust him. He pointed to his expensive vehicle that he bragged about was $90,000 and said I got 4400 out of you! I am a licensed California real estate agent that has an outstanding reputation with amazing customer reviews for years now, please beware of this man and a woman that shows up which actually has the business license. I called the cops three times now they promised the police officer they would come back with an invoice of the work I pre payed for. They refused to give me what they promised a police officer. In front of the police officer, he kept saying I'll give you your money back right now..when the police officer left, with an attitude said "there ain't no refunds" Please Beware! me, and my handicapped amputee husband spent everything we had on this business, and he Scammed us, cut off our pipes, took my money, and lied repeatedly!

He had arrived with a new disposal in case that was the option I wanted which I did.
