But, as decrepit seniors who have no family nearby, we also had a list of tasks that needed to be done but were way below his skill set. We also wanted to replace some bathroom exhaust fans and insulate our two attic hatches which Jamie deferred until the fall when it is cooler in the attic. I appreciated his directness and honestly in not wanting to do work in the attic which was 130 degrees. I wish more trades were so honest with their work.
