A tree we purchased 10 months ago has not been doing well. It has been properly planted and cared for-even "babied" along-and still not doing well. We are not at all new to tree planting or basic knowledge, so to have this kind of issue is very very rare for us. We have inquired back with Browns 3 times now as to what we can do to help this tree make it, and have gotten zero help or answers this far. We are getting the feeling that they are just waiting for our 1 year from purchase guarantee to pass by so that they can skip their commitment. We do not necessarily want the tree to be replaced, we want their input to know to make this tree thrive better and we are not getting it. Our next tree/shrubs may be coming from someplace else. Update from initial paragraphs above... absolutely zero "customer service" for the tree, and our time ran out. We had to cut it down. $300+ in the burn pile. I very rarely give a business this kind of review, but I honestly feel that this was warranted. We played by all of their retune/customer purchase rules and guidelines, and they did nothing.

It's truly an estimate and there is a difference between the ship date (start of delivery) and delivery date (end of delivery). This will vary greatly depending on where you live and which distribution center or store is shipping your item. The process is easy to follow once the item is shipped / picked up by the carrier - but until then, you will not have information. Be patient and it will end well. I had fun taking my kiddos this past weekend to see what we bushes and annuals we could find to finish off our landscaping. We were a little too early for some of the items but found some strata and eyed some purchases for down the road. The greenhouses are such a fun escape- even on a rainy day. My hey offer trees, bird baths, hanging baskets, vegetables, seeds, bushes, mulch and more. They also offer landscaping design services. Inside the shop they offered a sweet little Earth Day "Craft" for kids to plant their own seeds in a compostable container (a cake cone- clever!). Ours is already in the garden and we can't wait to see what comes of it. Overall, a lovely and nostalgic visit for our crew.
