Stan came that day to Shipshewana Campground and checked it out and determined we needed a new sprayer - it was more complicated than that, but Stan knew what he was doing. The next day he came with several selections to choose from and installed it. He also brought a washer for another water leak. He made sure there were no further leaks and did a thorough job in both the diagnosis and installation and explained everything he was doing. When I dropped off the unit gentleman looked it over and nothing further was said. I was called a few days later by the gentleman, who advised the the total was $1185.65. I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. I stopped there on a trip and let them have it for 2 days and the work was done very well. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating.
