This Kohls is absolute GARBAGE compared to any I've been too. Rude staff. Just dirty and messy all around. I had a pickup order and was told to go to a register even though they have an online pickup area. The line was super long. Why would I purchase online to stand in line at a register behind people who shopped in store? Order cancelled. My wife purchased a pair of pearl earrings for $50.,marked down from $125. Charged $53.83 with Tax. Pearl came off stud the second time worn. I returned the earrings for credit to card. Was told price for pair had been reduced further. We were credited $44.88 which included $2.38 tax. So we LOST $9 on this deal. You are better off shopping Walmart where you get every cent back if you return an item. read more

Unfortunately if I can help it I will not revisit this cold location. Usually a great stop to find some nice clearance items because you know off the rack is way over priced!! The absolute largest struggle I had today was waiting for somebody to even get me to the register. With no one in sight at any register except those that are working, they seemed much more interested in carrying on conversations and taking far too long to sanitise stations to get us helped. As the line grew my patience grew thin. With no one still at the counters a 3rd register gracefully opened and finally help me. Once at the register we had to incur another long wait while we had to wait for change. Customer service gets a great big fat 0 today. I went into this Kohl's without very much hope. My Kohl's in California doesn't carry my size shirts. Well, I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with the amount of options I had IN MY SIZE! I was able to get several nice dress shirts. Now to the major reason for this review, My checkout girl is the ultimate reason I will be back to your store. Katie was amazing! She answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. I purchase some "spinner" suitcases online. The plastic at the bottom around the wheel was broken. I had to leave town the day after receiving them so I used the virtual online help. After speaking with a rep of the company, he offered to replace them. I explained that they're still usable and he said to keep them and they would refund my money. I told him that I can still use them therefore I didn't need a FULL refund. I'm not a greedy person nor do I expect something for free. Zero stars! Went into our local Kohls on a late evening, to shop for a wedding. I had 4 kids in tow. The sales associates were following us around and not offering help at all. They were very concerned about my 2 year old disrupting the store, instead of offering any help. (Yes, my 2 year old was acting like a 2 year old.My children were not being disruptive. As my children and I proceed through the store from makeup to shoes, the rudeness didn't get any better. Two associates looked at me several times, as they were fixing shoes and carrying on. Not one associate offered help. Customer service only existed when arriving at checkout, and the cashier was dumbfounded at how horrible my shopping experience was. The sales cashier was very pleasant and apologized several times. Only one other associate was helpful, she was in jewelry and greeted with a warm smile, and offered help, when I was in makeup. I wish I could say I won't be shopping at Kohls again. However, this is the only department store in the rural location I live in. Some food for thought for sales associates, when you see a Momma doing her best to get the things she needs, give a smile, or offer assistance. Had someone offered to grab shoes off the shoe racks for me, with a baby on my hip. It would have been very nice. In this world of so much hate, be kind. So frustrated by our experience here. We were in Laughlin for a party, and stopped in Kohl's because my husband forgot to pack his dress shoes. We found a number of items and ended up spending well over $100, including the purchase of T-Bone, one of the "Kohl's Cares for Kids" stuffed animals in the Clifford line. The cashier was so pushy with trying to get us to sign up for a Kohl's charge card, which I didn't want or need and said so three times, that T-Bone never made it into the bag, even though we paid for it. We didn't realize until we got back to the hotel, but by then we didn't have time to go back to the store. I assured my 7 year old daughter that I would go to our local Kohl's when we got home to Los Angeles and get her another dog, figuring I would eat the $5 cost since it goes to charity. Went to my Valencia store today, they don't have any Clifford toys anymore, it's a whole new line and the Clifford line ended yesterday. I know it's just a $5 toy, but to me it's a promise to my child that I can't keep, and shouldn't have had to make. If the cashier wasn't so busy pushing credit cards on us she would have done a better job packing our bags, and we wouldn't have been so anxious to get out of there. I can never find any one there that can help me when I am looking for something. They are either all at the registers, or are non exsistent. On Saturday the store is a wreck and when you finally do go up to check out they push credit down your throat over and over again. I keep saying no and the sales person kept on going. I was ready to leave and never come back. The stuff is ok, but I won't waste my time coming to this store again. They should spend some money on hiring people to work. I like going some where that has someone on the floor that can help me. I finally did find some one once to help, but she was also helping 10 other people so my needs got pushed aside.Save your self a trip and go some where customer friendly. read more
