Horrible place. This was suppose to be a fun exciting appointment that turned into a horrible experience.

My sizes have changed and I was looking for a whole new set up. Suits, shirts, etc. I walked around the store for 20-25 mins and not one of the clowns working there even made eye contact with me, let alone speak to me. The place was not busy. When I approached the kid at the counter I told him I was looking to buy 5-6 suits. He said "I'll be with you in a minute." It seems folding shirts was more important than my business. I finally decided to buy a shirt just to see if I could interact with one guy. The jackhole at the counter (a new guy) didn't even look at me once. Had his head in the CPU for whatever reason. Finally another customer said, "I think this guy needs some help." The dummy at the desk said "I'll be with you in a minute." Ha! They must have a new company trainer and that's their catchphrase. I just put the shirt down, told the guy I went in there to buy 5-6 suits and accessories and that not one of the asshats working there even spoke to me once. No eye contact, nothing. I must say, it wasn't like I was wearing anything odd. Golf shorts, long sleeve shirt, flip flops. If the guy would have taken two minutes to look me up in his system, he would have seen how many suits I've purchase there over the years. I asked the first nimwit if he could look me up in the system and he said "we don't do that." This company has lost its way. When O was traveling a lot for work and my bags didn't shop up at the airport, I could always call MW in the town I was in and they would throw something together for me last minute and deliver it. Now, I can't even get a store deadbeat to even talk to me. Needless to say, I've bought my last suit with this soon to be out of business joke of a business. So frustrating and disappointed.

They never take half of your name brand clothes and they don't actually pay attention to the…read morenewness of the clothing. I brought in 2 hollister sets (with a few other things) and tell me why they took the set that i've worn over 50 times but would only take half of the other set that was worn twice and bought within the month? They overprice their stained and damaged clothing, and most of their clothes are from shein, or walmart. This is not a plato's I would recommend.

I did not know he was the owner but was very impressed with his level of knowledge. Two suits, a shirt and two ties later, I left extremely please. She has been a huge help to my selection when it comes to wardrobe. The store is always super clean and stocked with new things so going here never feels boring. (Jaw/shoulder length blonde hair) Kelsey made me REALLY uncomfortable and would not let me just shop, she hovered over me continuously was on top of me, she was condescending and rude when I asked questions about online orders. I did not feel welcome at all and I gave her many hints and signs that I was not looking for her help, I just wanted to shop and find something I know I would like. She would make up BS saying how she knows I'm interested in Levi's when I'm not... she would grab anything off the clothing rack near me and push it on me saying "you would like this" in a pushy aggressive tone, and some points her tone was aggressive and annoyed. Idk who she is but I have never been treated like this and I'm happy I canceled my credit card with the store shortly after this visit. I usually only go in there when I'm with my best friend on her days off but never again. I also don't like the fact how she made me uncomfortable in the dressing rooms. I felt like they watched me walk around and treated me different than other shoppers. It made me wanna walk around with my arms in the air. They replied via e-mail within hours and said "No problem" come on down. My other choice was going to be Men's Warehouse but after looking at the horrible reviews on their Duluth outlet I made up my mind to trust Mainstream Fashions for Men. What a great decision that was. I arrived at 10:00am and after just a couple questions he had pulled out a suit coat to try on and the second one fit perfect. Without asking my measurements he pulled out a pair of pants that fit perfectly and then did the same with a collared shirt. I was done in 15 minutes and as I was leaving the store he was already taking my suit to their alterations store across the street and he notified me by text when they were done. Wow, if only every store offered that kind of customer service. I can't recommend this place enough and I found the prices to be very reasonable. We went to Boot Barn looking for a hat and a pair of boots. When we arrived the store had a…read morepleasant smell of leather. Many rows of boots, a large selection of hats, and tons of western clothing. There may have been 2 other patrons in the store. I noticed that there were no sales people on the floor, but there were three young women behind the sales counter. These ladies never looked up from their phones. We first went to look for boots. After 20 minutes looking at boots, we figured out how the boots were laid out as far as sizing and where the second boot was. Occasionally I would look to the sales desk only to see the tops of heads looking down at their phones. We found a pair that fit our feet and liking. We then went over to the hats. Again glancing at the counter only to see faces in phones. The store had filled up with about 15 more customers at this point. After a few minutes at the hats, I saw a man in a cowboy hat behind the counter. He immediately came over and helped us find a quality cowboy hat. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We went to checkout and he explained the rewards program and if we had issues with any of the products we could go to any Boot Barn for resolution. We left knowing we would probably be back the next day to use our points. Our second trip yielded similar customer support, sans the man in the cowboy hat. While there were no employees behind the counter, there appeared to be two stocking shelves. Neither one approached us to offer assistance. We had to try on some clothes so we went to the changing room. The first stall had no place to put the clothing as all the hooks were filled with clothing that had yet to be returned for stocking. The second stall had about half as much so we moved that to the first stall so we could try on the clothes. No one came to check to see if any assistance was needed, which meant having to get fully dressed to go out in the store to grab different sizes, then having to try on clothes again. Also, because some of the clothing is hung high on hooks, we had to find the extension hook to take clothes down. All the elements of good customer service were missing. Although the quality of the products was there, we don't believe the management has fostered a customer service culture at this location.

I am so glad we did! All of the items in the store are made my Minnesota artists. The designs were cute and contemporary, with tons of options for clothing, bags, hats, etc. Each price tag has a bite about the artist who designed the item which adds a cool personal touch to your purchase. Best part - it's REALLY well priced! They had sweatshirt options for $25 and sizes for all. Definitely worth stopping in to Flagship!
