shopped there with a $200 Kohls gift card I earned from my Visa rewards account. handed the card to the cashier for my purchase of $87. I did not receive the gift card back after completing the transaction and didn't realize until next day. searched everywher, but distinctly recall being handed a receipt and Kohls cash only. called to speak to the manager about this and was told the cashiers throw the used cards away!! and that I should contact my rewards center! manager was in a hurry to get off the phone and I could not return to the store in person due to my work schedule that week. was told by my Visa Rewards center that the store needs to address this and that they have cameras. the response from the manager was less than acceptable. there was over $100 balance that was not handed back to me.... same as cash! read more

Well let me say this, management is horrible here. I have a daughter that's attending college and when she came home she was would work there. Per the previous rules, she had to work there at least once a month. She did this for a year. Now it's 2020 and they say she has to work now every week at least one day out of the week. While she was home on the winter break, they used her and worked all the hours they could get from her. Now once she got back to college, they terminated her over the phone after she got her last check!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! THEY DON'T LOVE COLLEGE KIDS TRYING TO BETTER THEMSELVES!!! read more

I usually shop here for things like belts, dress shirts or polo shirts and for bargains, especially the clearance rack. They usually have racks with 60-70% off. I also get these coupons for 20 or 30% off inthe mail. Which is why I'm convinced they jack up the prices. But a regular cotton polo shirt with just plain one color can be had for $9.99 - a price that is low enough to buy these for your yard work shirt. They are also good for small appliances and things like kitchen ware or dish towels, etc. The quality is better than most discount stores but prices about the same. read more

This Kohls is alright but I've been in much better and have many to compare it to. It has the standard layout (they don't vary much except in size and selection of merchandise.) An unexciting, very conservative choice in pretty standard clothing. Good for towels, housewares. OK for shoes. This one is set back and also in another congested area, so usually I order online. read more

Okay, so I wear tall clothes and Kohl's has them. Also, if you spend a certain amount they give you coupons and cash for more purchases. I have no idea how it works but my wife had enough to buy a serious iron. Over a hundred bucks. This place is what JC Penney and Sears always wanted to be. read more

I changed my one star to a four star. I made a call to the store to speak with the manager John, and spoke with one of the floor managers. She was extremely courteous to the entire incident and went above and beyond to take care of the situation. I was fully reimbursed for my purchases and given the utmost respect. I'm very grateful for the extent they went to coordinate with my local store in Asheville to get the compensation back. I usually shop for larger sizes of men's pants at Kohl's. Today I went to my local store and they didn't have anything that comes close to fitting. I love shopping at Kohl's. It's a great store with great deals, and I normally shop at the store on Woodruff road. I was in Greer a few days ago and needed to stop in and get some clothes for my daughter. When I went to check out, there was a particular cashier I cannot remember her name but she had like brown hair and was wearing a white jacket, she was very rude. When I asked about coupons she was very rude about it and told me that the only coupon that was available was a coupon if I used me Kohl's charge card. I explained to her that my husband has one and if I could, I would like to look up his account to use it. She very rudely explained that it was against the rules for me to use his Kohls card even though I am his wife and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to apply for my own card. I kindly declined and asked to speak with a manager because I always use his card. She said told me that she was the manager and that she was not able to allow me to use the card unless my husband was present. I did not believe she was the manager because she looked a little young. I did explain that I would not be purchasing the clothes and that I would just wait. This cashier reacted to me by rolling her eyes and mumbling "go to hell" under her breath. I will NOT be returning to this Kohl's store and I may even be canceling my accounts with Kohl's. That cashier was rude and I cannot believe Kohl's allows their cashiers to behave that way. read more
