Do not take AMAZON returns here. In the last 60 days, three of my returns have been lost or stolen after my handoff at the return desk. Be advised that if anything handed off to Kohl's does not get all the way back to Amazon, you will be charged for it again and there is little recourse available. This Kohls store runs very smoothly. They help you find products and order anything for you with free shipping from the in store kiosk. Anytime Ive had a return it is handled with polite professional attitudes. My two favorite ladies behind the front desk are Leann and Cynthia. They explain policies thoroughly, help me find replacements items as well as make sure I use all my Kohl rewards and Kohls cash. Thank you! read more

Kohl's in Greer SC ...... Absolutely the best ! Not only is the entire staff super friendly they go above and beyond the call of duty. I carelessly left my wallet in a cart at the store and was dreading the next day for it would be spent at the DMV , Bank, Social Security Office etc. However to my surprise my phone rang at 8am sharp an the sweet voice on the other end informed my husband that my wallet had been found and would be waiting at the service desk for me. This store is a joke and I will not be returning to Kohl's. I was here recently in town and decided that we would go shopping at Kohl's. When I walked in the store was very nice and I was greeted by some really sweet associates. As we were checking out, there were a fee associates on the floor having inappropriate conversations. They were talking about taking shots or drinking alcohol and smoking weed in the break room. They also referred to the customers as "dumbasses who don't know anything" and complaining about customers in general. When we were ready to check out, at the register checking out there was a lady at register named Katelyn. She was beyond sweet at first, until she asked me to apply for a credit card. I did inform her that my mother already had one and that she would be using hers and that I did not want to apply for one. She kindly accepted and continued on with the purchase. When I asked about the total because it did seem a little high she told me the total and then added "It would be lower than that if you applied for the credit card". I definitely did not appreciate the tone in her voice but I ignored it and started looking for coupons. Katelyn continued to be nasty and informed us that there were no coupons because of the sale and she continued to ask me to apply for the credit card. I informed her once again that I would not be applying and she replied with "are you sure". I am sure that I will not be applying for a credit card because I was in the process of buying a new car. I do not owe her an explanation so for her to be so persistent with it was disrespectful. I told her I understand that she needs to ask but I was not going to apply. She got an attitude with me and rolled her eyes at me. I told her that she could go ahead and cancel the transaction and that I would no longer be shopping at Kohl's. She responded with "whatever" and as I was leaving I hear her say "bye, I get a paycheck every Friday either way". I absolutely do not appreciate the way you let your associates behave. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I am so disappointed in Kohl's. This needs to be fixed immediately. I am furious. read more

usually don't have a problem with this kohls. It's pretty new and always kept up nicely. however, yesterday I was there to go find a pair shoes that have been set out on Sunday on sale. When I went to the shoes were not there, which was fine I was just trying to figure out what the name of the more so I can order them online. There was a man either named Dale or Dave and I politely went over to him and asked him if he knew what had happened to all of the shoes that were out yesterday or if they had any of them left. He rudely stared at me for about a minute before looking at me and saying I have no idea and walking away. I was slightly offended taking that his job is to help people. if anything he could have offered or told me someone else to help me or something other than basically just walking away. he then continued to walk around and roll his eyes while watching me try to figure out the kiosk. was very disappointed that someone who works in customer service acts in such a way. read more

I went there today because I have mystery savings of 30% off which is good for today only Dec. 11th. You can use the 30% discount in any type of payment or even if you don't have Kohl's charge card, which I don't have. Ok, When I checked out, the lady at the Register No.1, ( If I remember it right, and I was not able to get the name of the lady but she has kinda red hair) said that I can not use my 30% discount since I don't have Kohl's charge card, I was trying to explain that it's a mystery coupon and I can use it even without kohl's charge card but she just barely showed my phone ( where I saved the photo of the coupon ) to the lady behind her and she asked if I can use it but that lady just quickly answered ''NO'' without checking what I've got. That lady is the assistant manager according to the other sales clerk at the jewelry. So I told the lady at the register that I'm not buying those items. I tried to look for a supervisor or manager to ask questions and clarification about my coupon and I asked another sales clerk at the jewelry who's the right person to ask and have knowledge about mystery savings/coupon and she pointed the lady ( who already " NO'' ) and she said, she's the assistant manager, then that assistant manager checked my email then said: You're good it's a mystery coupon and then she told the lady at the register what I've got. What pissed me off was when the lady at the register told the assistant manager: "That is one time use only she has to delete that! She said that loud! And she scanned my items again and then told me again that I have to delete my email after using it. I told her that I know the rules! C'mon I am not stupid to come back tomorrow to use it because it's only good for today! Or maybe she thinks that I will come back today to use it again, No I have to go work that's why I was frustrated wasting my time. And another thing, last week, I had 25% off family coupon, and the same lady at the register, the price of the item I bought was $12.99 but I still paid $13 something after tax so I asked her if she took 25% off and she said " yes it's taken off" after I paid, I checked my receipt and there was no 25% off taken. I came back in and went to customer service and I got $3.42 cash for the 25% off. It's a waste of time when they have this mistake!. I feel like that lady won't treat you right if you don't have kohl's charge or you don't apply for it. She is not friendly! read more
