Three employees were there, not one of them welcomed us or introduced themselves. No one explained the process or even where to sit. They were not attentive to my daughter in the dressing room, often having to be reminded to check on her as she changed. The appt was scheduled for an hour and a half; they abruptly told us we had 10 mins left for our scheduled time. They went above and beyond for this aunt that was seeking help for her 9th grade niece whom was striking out on finding pageant dresses in the upstate area for the Greenwood High Pageant. They sacrificed their time so that my family could drive down from Greenwood on a late Sunday afternoon (which they are closed btw) and try on a multitude of dresses!
