They told us to tell our name in our last name so we did that and after we did that they were like OK we'll go grab it in the back for you. They come out and they're like hey, your card was declined out loud in front of 10 other people and it was declined apparently because they don't take tap but apparently they took a tap that day so I'm a little confused and then we went to like this one thing we're like hey so if we're gonna pay for it again to me at least have the five dollar coupon we used on this day for it and they're like no you cannot have your five dollar coupon which I find very rude and I will respect it if they would have been more nice to me in front of my kids and then we go upstairs and speak to the manager, but the manager was not there and the lady said the manager is too busy to speak with us so we come downstairs to see the manager so then I come up to the manager and talk to her, but it's only escalate down from there to the point where the lady who was helping us earlier after the problem with somewhat getting solved, the lady was helping us earlier, comes up to us and starts calling me mean and is shouting at me in front of my kids which I find very disrespectful and you're not one of my kids to have to witness that so I just want to say this and please they don't associate and help you and apparently they don't accept tap but they accept tap the day we paid and don't understand that Apple think it's fraud if you have it opened for more than five Days

He was so tentative and was also very patient and sweet with our 2 year old daughter while my husband was customizing and being sized for suits. We really felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and satisfaction, and we appreciate that so much. When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. I will also mention that both managers who I interacted with were equally wonderful. My daughter stopped in our local Spencer's this afternoon to buy body jewelry. Lo and behold when we arrived home it was not 16 gauge and didn't fit. My daughter took the jewelry back and was told she couldn't get a refund but could exchange for other merchandise. The only thing she needed from their store was the jewelry. Next, I called to talk to a manager who told me they only do exchanges. I asked her if it was fair for an employee to misrepresent the product and then refuse to exchange it. Apparently in her mind it is because she told me once more their policy is no returns on jewelry. Buyer beware.
