I was a Kohls girl for years n years. This location is usually clean and orderly but things have changed. The quality of the clothes is just ok. For ladies, not tweens, not grandmas, theres not much for us. I dont want the jeans my niece has but I also dont want mom jeans. Cant find these cute type clothes here anymore. Decent selection for men but what happened to the name brand tennis shoes? Now the shopping climate has changed to more online shopping and really the only reason I come anymore is to return my amazon items or the towels I ordered online. Kohls in Holland, OH was very nice. Not too busy and not too packed. Very quiet and helpful customer service. Definitely recommend!

They had a very wide selection of things for reasonable prices. Nice employees and very clean. I'll definitely come back here soon.

not very happy after I place an order for 337 dollars & that I don't get my 10 dollars for every 50 dollars I spent because I wasn't in there system . Not to mention the representative was consistent with telling me there is nothing they can do. You make millions of dollars a year and I just try saving extra money to spend on my two kids whom I haven't seen in a year because they live in Oklahoma and can't add kohl cash to a new customer who has just spent a large amount of money there obviously, but can't help me. I kinda want to go to kohls and return all my items and just take my money elsewhere. Pretty sad. Thanks single mom of 4 who works at jeep for absolutely nothing. I always enjoy shopping Kohl's but today I went and many of the items I was interested in purchasing weren't priced. Items like exercise mat, yoga socks, none of them were priced. I went on to the bedding department and had to dig through pillows to find the price they placed on the 'do not remove' tag. I finally had my items and went to the counter were the sale Items I had rang up regular price. It's just a mess out there. They had help wanted notices on the entry doors. I hope they get some good staff to get it back to the way it used to be. read more

My complaint is that they never have any size 11 or 12 Womens shoes. Americans keep getting bigger...that means are feet are getting bigger too. Get a clue and start stocking bigger shoes for women! read more
