I bought 3 pairs of chinos and a pair of jeans for about $96 (wait for a half off sale) . Even though some genius higher up (sarcasm...) decided to place pick up orders in various locations within the store, which would seem like a total inconvenience for most, the staff just smiles and says, "I'm getting my steps in!" as they go to find your order. I'm sorry that people are leaving negative reviews and believe many of them need more patience. I know I would not last long in a retail position, with how rude customers can be.
