Took him back and they measured him and said we were good to go. Asked if we needed to pay then and was told no that could pay when pick up. Get a call from groom today that grandson needs to be fitted. Called the store and they said the measurements did not save because no payment. They are the ones that said to just pay when we pick up. The people that work here do not care and are not professional. I recommend you go somewhere else if you are renting a tux. Look at the number of one star reviews they have.

Wanted the location to prepared and sometimes appointments are required - like for the bride's dress. The whole conversation was frustrating! I had to keep repeating myself and he didn't seem like he really wanted the business. He said they didn't have all the styles/sizes etc. in the store and when I said "well he can still get fitted and try them on and then just order the one he wants online, right?" He says in an annoyed tone "Um are you going to buy from another company or us?" Are you serious? Obviously I'm interested in THEIR suits?! Then when he asked a question about groomsmen, i informed him we were only interested in the grooms suit and if he still needed the info he started to say something but then said "you don't have to, I was just trying to help you but don't worry we'll take care of you" in the most condescending tone. Richard is clearly not a people person thus his business must not be either. There are plenty of other suit places to choose from!

Living close to an hour away means that if I change my mind, I'm usually stuck with something I'll probably never wear. And as someone who is absolutely a sucker for a sale, that part hurts a little. That said, when I need something urgently and don't have time to order online, Dillard's often comes through in the clutch. The selection here is fairly well-rounded, with options ranging from bedding and handbags to clothing and fragrances. It's not overwhelming, but it's definitely adequate and thoughtfully curated for the market. One thing this location does very well is customer service. The associates are consistently friendly, and because the store is usually not very busy, they're genuinely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I can typically find exactly what I'm looking for without wandering aimlessly.
