I stopped shopping at Kohl's a while back due to their lack of customer service. Their Kohl's cash is complicated and kind of punitive. I am a firm believer that if I earn rewards I shouldn't lose them or be limited in how I can use them. Unfortunately I love the Vera Wang jeans and they are the ones that fit me the best so I went against my better judgement and went to Kohl's and of course they did not disappoint. Their customer service has actually gotten worse if that's even possible. They used to have a nice self service kiosk which was extremely convenient. Well they no longer have that and it turns out that if they don't have your size in stock they can be of NO assistance. You need to go on the app and order it yourself. Well I went to my car and tried ordering and the app was not working so I went back in and went to customer service. I explained that the app wasn't working to which they responded "that is the only way for you to order the item you want". I guess I won't order it then. After not finding what I needed at another store I needed to try Kohl's to find a pair of shorts that fit. Plenty of parking and a very clean store, i was greeted cheerily by the woman working the register. I don't think I was in the store for three minutes before I found what I needed and I was very happy to see fitting rooms open down here in Florida. I returned the two pairs of shorts I didn't want to the rack and was at the register with the very friendly cashier after maybe 10 minutes in the store. The people that work here are wonderful and very friendly. My dog Bentley loves it here he gets all the attention all loves him. He makes all smile Now went here to get some leggings yea the store has limited number of people in store and it seems like everyone that shops in store are following the CDC guidelines and stayed 6 feet apart and cashiers cleaned their stations before the next person paying for their items. All are so pleasant to talk to but you can't stand so close to one another so you have to keep saying huh what was it you said lol. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of inventory and selection at Kohl's. I have not been in one of their stores for 4 months and have not missed a thing. This store only has large and extra large of the assortments that are left on the racks. Their shoe department had no inventory. I guess they do want everyone to buy on line. read more

My fiance and I used to work at this restaurant and a lady there LOVED Kohl's. She was pregnant at the time but we parted ways before she gave birth. If the kid's name is Cole, Kohl, Kole or even Coal I would not be surprised. We would get packages at work all the time for her because she hated actually going to the store. Not sure if she was hiding purchases from her husband or was just delusional because the whole experience of Kohl's requires going there. You can catch some amazing deals that you wouldn't catch otherwise just bt browsing the aisles. Legitimately if I worked here I'd probably be homeless because I'd be buying random decorations and kitchen supplies and discount t-shirts and drinking games and... You get the point. If you've ever rented a small vacation condo in the area, it's 1000% decorated by Kohl's and Bed Bath & Beyond. Fact. Can't speak for all locations but this one is very Florida-ey down to the decor, the clothing, everything. The amount of times my fiance has lost me because I get distracted following some guy wondering which two tropical button-ups he proposes for his wife's permission is inexcusable. That's not a negative observation either, it's endearing. This man has dedicated his life to his love and trusts her opinion on whether or not his buds will judge his apparel on the golf course. It's beautiful and Kohl's offers the options. The coupons too. Shop here once and your receipt will lure you back in for savings. Buy a sack of socks and on your next visit you get 50% off an entire set of pans. Yes. I'm coming back in my new socks and buying a gift for you know who to prepare the perfect grilled cheese. Kid's section is stocked too. Most would probably buy that Tonka truck for a baby shower but I've got my mind on a new mobile flower pot my gator can drive around the Sanctuary. I had not shopped at Kohl's in a long time (so long that they 'revoked' my Kohl's Charge card!). As I had an Amazon return, Kohl's turned out to be an Amazon return center. After making a very quick entry and return (Randy gets 5 stars!) he gave us a $5 Kohl's Cash coupon with our return confirmation. As this $5 coupon needed to be redeemed by next week, and seeing as I hadn't shopped at kohl's in a few years, I figured why not just buy something tonight so it doesn't go to waste. As my wife and I walked around she spotted some anime t-shirts. Turns out they were on sale, two for $15 or $10 apiece. She found two she liked and we figured with the $5 coupon that was a good deal. We headed to the counter. As we got to the counter they only had one register open and two clerks (one being a manager ), not at their registers. After waiting for at least 3 minutes a second cashier came up and took someone else who just arrived in front of us! (I was a bit peeved ...she could see we were there waiting....) As I saw the cashier was finally finishing up, we just remained and placed our purchase on the counter. She rang them up (without greeting us in any manner) and said, "$25.xx" I said "Those are 2 for $15 and we have the $5 coupon. The cashier said 'uh-uh they are $15 and $14 dollars (showing us the tags) . I replied, no you have a sign that says, "SALE 2 for $15 or $10 single shirt " She looked at me and said, 'no someone must have misplaced them...." I stopped her and politely said, "Could you get your manager, please. They are clearly marked on the shelf and there are many of both shirts on that table. They were not misplaced there by a customer..." She gave me the 'stink eye' and called for a manager and said, 'we got one of those....' meaning some sort of instore code for an upset customer.....' and I'm sure it's not from Kohl's employee handbook either... She then stated that the shirts must have been misplaced by a customer....blah-blah....As I tried to explain to the manager she 'hushed' me and said, 'you are going to get the price..." as if she needed to 'calm me down'. Actually she just further aggravated me. The manager, without saying a word, entered the codes into the register and they gave us our receipt...again without a word of 'thank you' from the cashier. Love how the receipt says, "Total saved $19 .00" (... because Kohl's marks everything up before they mark anything down!) As my wife and I left, we both said, "not going back there again....." It's hard to believe that any retail establishment would have employees act in this manner when they just went through a very slow Black Friday....Apparently, Kohl's must be doing ok that they can chase good customers away. It's all clear to me now why I stopped shopping at Kohl's a few years back. read more

This is a clothing retail store, yet the dressing rooms are closed? How is anyone supposed to see how clothes fit? I range through a few sizes and came here specifically to try one a few pieces, but alas, you can't. Super inconvenient to many shoppers, especially people who don't have time to buy, try on at home, and return to the store. read more

Ordered online and package never received. Call kohl's and spent over 45 minutes on phone with no results. Went to the local kohl's and they wouldn't help me. Was told to call the 1-800 number. When I explained I had and they couldn't help. Was told sorry there is nothing they can do. I will not be shopping at kohls again. read more

I'm very familiar with Kohls we had them all over Wisconsin in fact they must be doing well and expanding now I see they are building them all over now even when the economy wasn't all that great. These stores are well organized with very short waits for check outs. I got a great deal on kitchen appliances. And saved an additional $10. Using a coupon from Discover, just spend 30 and save 10. Way to stimulate the economy. Plenty of great ideas for gift giving season. Some of the fancy stores have digital price tags. And it will be the price at POS. so no more confusion! read more

I had 250$ stolen off a gift card. I called and they traced it to being used in Store in Texas. Impossible the card was in my hand! I contacted that store and asked them to look at security footage around time "card" was used. Never heard back. Never resolved. Also just got my son a drone for Christmas after kohl's cash I paid 23$ and change and was to receive 8$ back in kohl's cash. Several items on that order. Refund turned into 6$ for a 29.99 drone that was only cheaper cause kohl's cash. Even if they took the 15$ I used on order off that's still only 21$ and change. I returned a ring from a large order once and they took all of the kohl's cash I used for purchase off ring. When it's suppose to be split up. Nothing but issues with kohl's. Sent a damaged drone they couldn't replace so I lost a chunk of money. I have a little kohl's cash and an order I paid nearly 90$ for but they wanna give me 40 to return. It's absurd. I view it as okay I make a purchase using kohl's cash, like a gift card. Shouldn't I get those funds back instead of taking my money? Rather the kohl's cash. This giant store seems to have lots of great prices on many things. From clothing to housewares to electronics, there is plenty to see and buy at this type of store. As a non-frequent shopper I am not sure of the reality of retail pricing, but I believe Kohl's is a discounter. They offered this thing called Cole's cash, and it seems if you're paying full retail it anytime you are overpaying. You must put together the right puzzle of coupons and rewards and membership cards and then perhaps if you use the right password you will get the best price. Personally I hate all the gimmicks and marketing and discounts and would just like to come shop your store. Because of all the paperwork required to get the best price, I am giving Kohls two stars. read more

Kohls used to be a great store. They started taking away too many benefits or adding restrictions last year. I have lost at least $100 in Kohl's cash in the past 6 months due to unreasonable expiration dates. I'm not alone. There is a movement to boycott Kohl's because of this. It's better to cut back in rewards that her than making it difficult to use them. read more
