The store is bright, clean and very well organized. It feels fun to shop there. Much like the prices, the staff is also a mixed bag. I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately it was disappointing from start to finish. When I called with a question after dropping some stuff off, the employee assumed I had already received a text with the information. I politely explained that I had not received any text, and the conversation felt awkward after that. Also..... When I arrived at the store, the atmosphere didn't feel very welcoming. One of the employees stayed focused on the computer and didn't acknowledge me, which made the experience feel dismissive. The consignment process itself was also very underwhelming, including the offer I received for my items. Overall it just wasn't a positive experience, and I left feeling like customer service could have been much better. Unfortunately I wouldn't return and I was pretty excited at first. read more

I am not usually a consignment store shopper, but I do love Lilly Pulitzer. I heard that True Fashionistas had a huge Lilly collection so I went along with my mom and sister when they were shopping. I was delighted to see that they had several racks devoted to just Lilly Pulitzer clothing. As usual, there were many items in sizes ranging 0 to 4, and not quite as much of a selection in larger sizes. I was able to find a few size medium dresses and I ended up purchasing one. I found the staff at the fitting rooms, and the checkout counter to be helpful and friendly. In addition to the Lily clothing, there are racks and racks and racks of other clothing items. It is literally the size of a department store! They also have an entire wall of shoes and a section devoted to furniture and small household items. I didn't have time to shop too much more because we were there literally 20 minutes before closing, but I will be back the next time. I'm in Naples. read more

I have been consigning my clothing here since last year; have sold most everything. I like to leave my proceeds on the account so I can do some "free" shopping . The size of this business is enormous, the selection is awesome! I am a Lilly Pulitzer girl... no better volume and selection of this clothing anywhere else. I have purchased many pieces with tags or in excellent preowned condition. The staff is very nice; especially the ladies that work the fitting rooms- patient and accommodating. OMG this place is soooo organized! You make an account and drop off as much stuff as you want! Other places have limits. They text you when to pick up items they won't take or you can donate if you don't want them back. They print you a check right at the counter with ID ! The ladies are on the ball. read more

This place has gone downhill FAST in the past few years. They will not take many high-end excellent condition items. And their customer service to their consignors is a huge hole. If you are thinking of shipping items to them to consign DONT DO IT. Items will go missing and you won't get text notifications that your shipment was received. They also put consignors that ship on the back burner without sorting items up to a month or more. I'm not sure what's happened to this place but they clearly don't have a handle on the business and employ sub-par people. Designer Divas nearby to them is way higher end and runs without issues. read more

If you are shopping from out of town, be aware of their exchange only return policy ..apparently there were signs that I missed and even spoke to someone over the phone who didn't make that clear ..I shipped back an expensive shoe ( shipping on me) and now I have a large credit which will not be easy to use since I am out of town ..there is a website but had I realized their return policy I would have been ..should have been..a more discerning shopper. read more

Was looking to purchase a high end bag and the lady was opening the case for someone else and very rudely told me I had to wait while the case was open and told me I was gonna have to wait for her to come back. I went in today planning to try on several items, hoping to make purchases, but I left shocked and embarrassed by how I was treated. Granted, I went out in a very casual cotton button up dress and no makeup- but everyone deserves respect. I was casual boho chic- not looking to impress anyone but certainly respectable. The store has a six-item limit for the fitting rooms, which I respect, but I had 7-8 items. Rather than making multiple trips to undress and redress, I chose not to try anything on. As I walked away, a rude employee, around 55-60 years old (Italian/northern accent, over-highlighted hair, leg tattoos) loudly yelled out that "there's something wrong with me" -- in front of other customers. Completely uncalled for and humiliating. I reported the incident to the checkout desk. One CSR stood there stone-faced without apologizing -- it felt like she agreed with the behavior. The mean dressing room lady came over to the counter while I was trying to express what happened to the stone faced associate, and continued yelling- she said there was something wrong with me and she felt unsafe. Eventually, a young manager was eventually called over, and while she was kind and sympathetic, I left unsure if anything will actually be done about this. Further, I am an active member of this community, a veteran, and mother. The only thing I am guilty of is intending to spend my hard earned money here, and opting not to go through the hassle of trying on their clothes due to the inconvenience. I didn't yell, call any names or do anything but be polite and opt out of participating in their policy which I did not appreciate. No customer should ever be treated with this level of disrespect, and management needs to address staff conduct immediately. read more

While visiting Naples I discovered True Fashionistas. I have been there twice already and cannot tell you how great the shopping is there. Both times I found great items at a steal of a price. Items are great quality , like new at a very affordable price. Veronica at check out was so kind and I have to say the nicest and most sincere customer service person I have encountered in my many weeks here in Naples. True Fashionistas in North Naples is an awesome consignment store with higher end designer clothing and accessories for both men and women. There is also a decent selection of home furnishings. You can also consign your own designer items. Most everything in the store is in like new condition or better. The store is very large and well organized. I would definitely recommend this store for those looking for that great designer bargain. read more

Been going here for some time and introduced a few GFs to this awesome store. It wasn't until recently that I decided to start selling my items to them. Well, after a few times of dealing with consignment, the younger lady that takes in the items (name starts with A) has CONSISTENTLY been rude and unwelcoming. It puts a bad taste in your mouth about this establishment. I'm not sure why she chooses to be so hostile every. Single. Time. When I am always pleasant and respectful to her. The last time I was in I even made it a point to say 'hello' and 'how are you?' When coming up to the counter. After speaking with a few of my friends they actually said they got the same vibe from her. Won't be returning to this store as there are many others that will make you feel welcomed. This place used to be so much better! Now, the cashiers think they're working at a designer store. If you donate clothes, they give you 72 hours to pick up what they don't want, or they'll donate your clothes to who knows where. Then if you have money in your account, you have set amount of time to use it or it expires. Some prices are very reasonable but others are outrageous for USED clothes. read more

I shop in this store every so often and the stuff they have is truly beautiful. I just bought two brand new decorative pillows and I love them. What I don't love though is the woman who works in the back of the store who takes in home items you want to sell. She is not a very approachable sales associate. She's a bit nasty and should learn you need to talk with a smile when you are working in a retail store. She makes you feel like you are bothering her with any questions you may have etc. And it's not just me she's been this way with because other people I know have said the same thing. There are other very personable and pleasant associates who work at this store, I guess I will try my hardest not to deal with that other woman again. I decided to consign at TrueFashionistas. I had (5) Mac Dugal evening dresses, never worn, with tags. VERY expensive! From $345.- $500. They were hung and bagged when I went in. They pulled them off the hangers and literally threw them in a bin. I should have known at that moment, but I figured they knew what they were doing. WRONG! The only time I got a text was asking if I wanted to donate them or pick them up. I told them I would come and get them. When I got there, she said, only because I asked, if anything sold. One of the nicest dresses sold for $62! Okay. She comes out with a small bag and (3) of the dresses were literally balled up in a bag! I was missing 2 dresses. When I took them out of the bag, each one had either string pulls, snags from sequins stuck to each other! Had to go back to get the other 2. Ladies, I would NOT EVER consign anything decent here!! Go somewhere else! There are plenty of shops, that take good care. This place is a joke!!!! read more

This is a beautiful resale boutique. They have the best designers and the best quality in town!

I purchased a pair of Lily Pulitzer gray pants that apparently had a faint stain on the leg. I did not notice the stain when I tried them on in the store but when I got home I noticed the very faint stain. The store will only provide a store credit which I understand for something you just changed your mind on but for a defective piece of clothing that they as well did not notice when they put the item out in the store is bad customer service. I was told I should have tried them which I did but the stain was not noticed in the dressing room (maybe because of lighting). Again, if they did not notice the stain then how was I supposed to see it? Beware shopping at this store. Not good service and the manager I spoke to was not very responsive at all. In response to the owner- I did have an in store credit but along with the purchase of these stained pants I purchased 2 other items totaling over $50 and my credit in store was around $32 so again justify your customer service however you like but I will continue to post my review on as many sites possible. read more

Brought in an LV bain Like new condition, and a pair of D&G sunglasses to evaluate for consignment, both in mint or near mint condition. The lady looked over the items had a very rude attitude right from the beginning, acting annoyed at questions, and vaguely explained their consignment policy before referring me to their contract. Was told pricing would be a tight range and that i would receive 50% of the sales price if it sold within 90 days. Then she said there are commonly 20% coupons that many customer have and that occasionally they discount the entire store 25% off. They said they would keep the items for 2-3 days and then give me a range. They said the bag needed to authenticated which i understand given the many fakes in the marketplace. The lady said the range would be tight, (like $1400 to $1600 for the bag).. i received a text after 2 days saying that the price would be $410 to $800 but that I would need to sign the consignment agreement before they could get it authenticated and only then would I know how it would be priced. I had been offered $800 and $1000 (cash) from two other consignment stores. I went back to ask some questions and was once again treated rudely. I picked up the items and left. The entire experience was unpleasant and the employees were snobbish. read more

Again went here to sell my Louis Vuitton purse that they said it didn't close while I and mom was looking at their purses . They said they can't sell it cause it didn't close. I've seen lots of Michael Kors bags that couldn't close. They made me feel like Julia Roberts character in the movie pretty woman.
