Telling me the Amazon returns needed its own section because there are so many then sending me to the furthest back corner of the store to the tiniest makeshift desk is the most pathetic attempt I've ever seen to force me to walk through your store. All over the place just another store waiting to be shutdown for good the Amazon returns saved them from being shopko.

Better employees. Reevaluate your choices. They are at best inattentive and at worst, rude. More expensive than other kohls.

I found this to be a nice, clean, well lit Kohl's with friendly competent service. I got a discount for dropping off an Amazon return, and that by itself was very convenient. Judging by the older reviews and what I experienced they've cleaned up their act here. Very conveniently located off of the Interstate. read more

My daughter is pregnant with her first child. I wanted to get her something nice to wear for the holidays. We usually like Kohl's. What a huge letdown! The Maternity Department consists of a wall approximately 15 feet long tucked away under tons of infant apparel and toys. There were only four wall-mounted racks containing one pair of olive green cargo pants; two pair of slacks (black) and an assortment of baggy dresses (12 total with half of them being the same fugly design). If you have watched "Overboard" with Goldie Hawn then you know the style I'm talking about. Just because we live in Wisconsin doesn't mean we need to dress like Ma and Pa Kettle on the farm. I hate shopping online and try to support brick-and-mortor stores. It helps our local economy with jobs. But there isn't much online, either. Kohl's needs better buyers with a better eye to making pregnant women feel better about themselves. Instead, they're putting them in stuff I would be embarrassed to give to Goodwill! Several weeks ago, I visited the Neenah Kohls to purchase 25 microsoft bed pillows as a donation for the Oshkosh Warming Shelter. I had NO idea how BIG the two cartons of pillows would be! But I had a wonderful sales associate (Donna) who put them on a cart and took them to the front for me - THEN helped me load them in my van!! I had problems accessing my account on my phone for my discount, and the gals at the checkout area helped with that. (Ana and Lily). The BEST friendly, helpful and courteous sales associates. This store is my #1 go-to for Retail Therapy . . and this visit proved why. Never have had an issue with returns. read more

Went to go look at engagement rings with my boyfriend and had the best sales help I've had in a long time. I wish I remembered her name but she explained everything to us and was very helpful!!! And we found a ring I love!! read more

I'm a little frustrated with the quality from Kohl's these days. I bought a pair of gloves here for the winter, and after moderate use, the seams are splitting. So guess who needs to buy new gloves again next year? Not a fan, Kohl's...not a fan. read more

I try never to go to this store. Except we always have to exchange things at the store from gifts because they never work or are ugly. Today I returned a broken item from Christmas with the gift receipts and received no money back because they could not find the UPC. No customer service, stupid coupons. read more

The aisles are always crowded with merchandise and they are narrow already. I was on crutches and had to leave because I couldn't navigate the aisles with them. They do offer wheel chairs but the aisles don't allow free movement. read more

My 84 year old father in law went with my husband to look at men's suits. They went to the service desk to ask for help. The lady behind the counter LAUGHED in their face then made a call. She didn't say " I'm calling someone to help you" - she made another business call. After waiting a few minutes they wandered away and looked on their own. After hearing the story I called the store to complain. On the 4th attempt I got a person and asked for the manager. The woman said she was the manager. I asked if she was the store manager she said yes. After relating the poor customer service feedback to ELLEN, she shared that she would not be able to follow up with the employees because I didn't have a name. I asked if she had a schedule who was staffed there between 12:45 and 1:15, she said yes but since there were 2, there was nothing she could - or would do. Kohl's: remember- one bad customer service experience doesn't touch just one customer- it will be shared with as many other Kohls customers I know.
