Assistant manager Stacy went above and beyond to help me with an issue. I had a tear in my brand new ecotherm parka(an accident by me). Being an expensive big purchase for me, I was pretty upset. I sat on the Eddie Bauer customer service line for literally hours, unable to reach anyone with the crazy holiday calls. I decided to try the store to see if they'd be able to help. Stacy was so helpful and immediately empathetic. She could tell I was upset and stressed, and threw out a few options that I had to remedy the situation. I wasn't expecting such a great outcome!!!! Obviously I wanted this jacket to last 10 years, and I was already amazed at how warm it was. I'm also a dog walker and outside a lot, and it has endured the coldest of the cold and soooo many dog nails from dogs jumping. Stacy restored my faith in outdoor retailers and I couldn't be happier.
