When I picked the jacket back up it was exactly as I had left it. I think they seem to think this is somehow my fault, when I was at their shop TWICE to get measured before it was initially sent to the tailor because I KNEW the initial measurements were botched. Some staff seems to think I wanted a jacket like his for some reason....idk where that came from. I want a jacket that fits. This is what I spent $500 dollars on...amazing. Oh and the jacket can't be fixed (button holes) and no one wants it because the right sleeve is 1" longer than the left.
