It was a bit overwhelming because there are so many items in the store, but it was all organized and the interior of the store was really cute! I was disappointed with the customer service. No one offered to start a fitting room, and when I asked I was told they would hold my stuff up near the register. (Okay...they were a little busy). I shopped for a good hour before I was ready to try anything on, and no one came to check on me or offer to add my things to my collection up front. When I was ready for a fitting room, I had to bring all of my items there myself as no one offered. While I was trying on the 20+ items I had chosen, no one came to check on me or offer another size. When I did need another size, one of the girls pointed to where I could find it. One other thing about this store that was pretty annoying was that many of the items aren't clearly marked with sizes. You had to look on the inside, bottom tag of the shirt/dress to locate sizes. This could easily be fixed by just sitting a size sticker on the tag. I was impressed with the clothing, and love my purchases, but I was hoping for more customer service especially since I wound up buying $600+ in clothing.

From the minute you ogle the window display you can tell they're going beyond the bedazzled jean pocket/Kohls-ish fashion of rural small towns. No offense to Kohls fans. C'mon, you know what I mean. On this last particular visit, I was particularly obsessed with a pair of loose fitting flow-y pants that caught my eye in the window. They reminded me of a pair I picked up in Seville, Spain last year. Hard to come by! Sadie Grace brings a stylish, progressive line up of dresses, dressy pants, accessories, shoes and overall trendy apparel. Every time I stop in I find something I'd love to buy at prices that match what they're offering. I've also found that they change inventory frequently making it somewhere you want to visit often. In the back of the shop you'll find a hand full of dressing rooms. Last, but certainly not least, you can tell the staff/owners take pride in their work the minute they welcome you into the shop. They have quite a collection of men's clothing-Levi's, Carharts, tux rental, pro-sports apparel, and big and tall clothes. Their women's selection is upstairs (not handicap accessible to my knowledge) and fairly large as well. Their prices are more than what you would pay at Kohls, but you're also saving the gas driving to Lima or Findlay and the customer service is hands-on. They'll help you find what you're looking for or, if you're shopping alone, provide input on your selections. I'd recommend going when you get a coupon in the mail. (Their clearance area does have some good markdowns). Also, I"m not sure if they still do, but they used to allow things to be brought home "on-approval" meaning you had three days to decide if you'd pay for it and keep it or bring it back. That's pretty awesome.
