The employees are helpful and the store is typically stocked. Returns accepted and self checkouts are plentiful.

I like the service provided of letting someone else do shopping & I just pick it up. Very nice for an older person.

I was standing there trying to look thru all their damned little tags blocking the product. I looked over at the the pharmacy, and asked if they had it. The lady behind the screen told me they were in the vitamin aisle. Well no kidding, that's where I'm standing. If I could see them, or you had faced the product the night before, I could have seen it. I said thanks and started for the door. Then behind me she is calling out asking if I needed help. I needed help when I asked. I got stupid instead. I found what I needed at Chiefs. Add CVS to another place I won't shop at in Celina. I worked retail for 25 years. You don't treat customers that way.

Went to Schwieterman's Pharmacy and prescription was filled for $4.00 unlike the price CVS was going to charge around $48.00 for the same prescription because they refused to run the second insurance card...very rude also. We returned to CVS to show we were charged $4.00. The person there said she cannot understand how we got that price for the prescription. My husband again showed both cards and they ran both and said huh this one has scripts too. No apology. Needless to say CVS isn't the friendly pharmacy it use to be and it wouldn't of hurt to run both cards instead of throwing them back saying no these do not have scripts. How many other people have been overcharged is my question? People beware of being overcharged for prescriptions!!! Will not go back to CVS in Celina, Ohio again for anything...will also let our family and friends know this too. Rude service!!

I am no longer a Kaup Pharmacy customer and have made the easy decision to move my business to…read moreanother pharmacy due to their inept customer service and blatant dishonestly to me. I have difficulty sleeping and was prescribed Ambien by my physician. The law recently changed which dictates the prescription can no longer be digitally ordered by a doctor but must be hand written for 6 refills requiring a visit to the doctor every six months. My doctor visit was in early December of 2015 at which time I was given a new, 6 month prescription of Ambien. I had one refill left from my prior 6 month script which needed refilling as well. Immediately after my doctor appointment, I went to my home town Kaup Pharmacy and clearly explained to the tech that I needed the final refill of Ambien filled from the old prescription in their system and handed over the new 6 month prescription to be entered into the computer for beginning disbursement January 2016. She acknowledged that she understood and because a few people came into the store, I offered to come back later that afternoon to pick it up. My husband picked up the prescription and later that evening I noticed Kaup had filled the new prescription and not the refill as I had requested. I called Kaup and explained the mixup. The tech took down the appropriate information and said she would research the issue and call me back. I did receive a call back at which time it was explained to me that there was nothing they could do. I became agitated and expressed my dissatisfaction reminding the tech it was their mistake and if they would not make it right, I would move my prescriptions to another pharmacy. The tech put me on hold and 30 seconds later she said they would refill my next prescription using the older refill the next month and then continue filling the medicine with the new prescription. Today I telephone Kaup to refill my Ambien and of course, they said they could not use the older prescription and began conveying a buffet of reasons why not, so I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Kaup Pharmacy could have easily corrected this situation and saved two patrons business by doing the following; "We are so very sorry Mrs. Bechard. Unfortunately human error did play a role in this problem. Now here is what we are going to do for you to make this right. We will contact your physician, explain what happened and have this matter corrected so you will not need to worry about future refills of your medication." Kaup Pharamacy knowingly lied to me. How can anyone trust a business that is unable to follow directions working with medications that are possibly critical and life saving? Where are the customer care skills to correct a mistake a business clearly made. How can patrons of Kaup trust that they would not be lied to as well? The smiles and promises of caring for customers is a saccharine marketing sham. I will never do business with Kaup again and would urge others to be wary of their practices as well.

I went…read moreto get two rolls of toilet paper which were clearly marked up for 4 rolls for $5.00 and every line at the checkout the staff member had to be on the phone to figure out how to price things. So I go to the little self check out and it rings the item up at $6.89 and that's after I put my customer code in. I press the I need help button that springs the five staff members at the service counter to laugh and talk more, two staff members to walk fast away from me and as I left the items at the register to walk out there were three standing at the door chuckling. Honestly, who does anything here?

Since my car takes diesel fuel, I often circle the pumps a couple of times looking for *the* diesel…read morepump. Occasionally, I find two on two separate aisles. More often, I leave without finding a pump because they've hidden it behind the store. Having been at the Meijer store, I decided to fuel up at their filling station since the diesel fuel was under $4.00--$3.999. That's not bad compared to $4.179 to $4.299 that I've seen recently, while the price of gasoline is much (30-60 cents) lower. I went into the store with cash to pre-pay. The person at the register gave me a blank stare and eventually, asked me why I was there. I went back to the pump, after paying and found that the pump handle had fuel all over it and couldn't get it to work. I'm an idiot, right? I figured there was something wrong since there was fuel on the handle. I walked back into the store. "That's diesel?" "Yes." "You need to press the red button." "Thanks." I envisioned a big red emergency button but it was this tiny thing that my thumb would cover and it was situated by the price display. It worked! Having finished and went back to Mr. Blank Stare and got my change. My hand still smells like fuel, but the tank is full and I know better now. I didn't look at the prices for drinks and whatever else. The interior seemed to have plenty, not unlike Speedway. Meijer does have one special item that is difficult to find around here: E85 fuel.
