I have been a long‑time customer, and I have never experienced anything as disrespectful, hostile, or unprofessional as what took place during this visit. I attempted to purchase a pack of pretzels that was displayed for $4.00, but it scanned at $6.99. I informed the clerk, Matt Munier, who went to check the price. He confirmed that the sign showed $4.00 but stated it was "in the wrong location" and refused to honor the displayed price. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager and walked away. Another clerk, Helen Robinson‑Godsey, approached and asked if I needed assistance. As I explained the situation, Matt walked by and loudly stated that I "must have been drinking," which is completely false and inappropriate. Helen then called the Assistant Store Manager, Lydia Tenwalde, who corrected the issue and honored the displayed price. As I was leaving, Matt stepped away from his register and began yelling multiple derogatory names at me, including calling me several types of "bitches" in front of other customers. He then escalated the situation further by saying, "When I become manager, you Black bitch, you'll be the first one not allowed back in this store." This was racially charged harassment, verbal abuse, and a direct threat of discrimination. Other customers witnessed the incident and were visibly upset by his behavior. I requested that Assistant Manager Lydia contact the Store Manager, Chris, but he refused to come in. I am requesting the following: 1. A full investigation into the conduct of Matt Munier 2. Appropriate disciplinary action 3. Confirmation that customers will be protected from this type of harassment 4. Follow‑up communication regarding the outcome No customer should ever be subjected to this level of disrespect, hostility, or racial abuse in your store. If you are in the middle of cooking something and need a simple ingredient, it's great to run there quick and grab what you need. Now for regular stocking up grocery shopping, I do not do that shopping there. Prices are a little too high to do that. Fresh meat selection there is good and sometimes they do offer really good deals on certain items.

Although it was mostly the bone in meats. Thankful to have a grocery store close to home so I don't have to drive all the way to Celina to get what I need.
