I have to give it up for this Kohl's. This is a fantastic location and is very convenient to use for all Amazon returns which makes me a huge fan of this place. The parking is very easy the store is very spacious and has lots of items that I would like to check out one day. What initially brought me to Kohl's was the Amazon return ability but their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction is what speaks volumes to me and makes me want to come back again and again. They give coupons and specials to Amazon customers so to encourage them to check out their store to purchase items. I intend to shop here and thank Kohl's for being so generous and partnering with Amazon. After receiving a gift card I made my way to Kohl's. The store is quite large and a bit dark and congested. The first two times I went I left immediately because the check out lines were so long. The third time I didn't have any plans and had time to kill so I stayed and made a purchase. I was looking for workout gear and was impressed with their selection. Under Armour Adidas and the like. Unfortunately they didn't seem to have any amazing sales on these items. I noticed other areas had clearance sections but not sportswear. When I did find a few items the line moved a bit slowly but as I said I had time that day. The cashier was friendly, asking if I found everything ok and gave me Kohl's cash. read more

Went to Kohls this evening to return an Amazon package. The return at this Kohls is ALWAYS effortless as long as you have your QR code ready for scan. Never a problem. If there is no line, you are done within a few seconds, literally! I was able to take advantage of their restroom facilities, which was VERY much appreciated, especially considering the last establishment I visited this evening refused to accommodate my needs. It was nice and clean. Also, a perk in using the Amazon return location is the $5 coupon that comes with your Amazon return. I was able to pick up a nice under garment that was on sale and take advantage of the coupon. I had not previously been a Kohls shopper, but look forward to my Amazon returns to see what little items I can pick up on my way out. I especially like the Lilac+London sleepwear. I can't say the employees are the most helpful but the new employees in the Sephora are the Least helpful. They gather and chit chat blocking end caps while deciding what to order. Not friendly or helpful at the register either. It might be convenient to shop there but I'd rather order online and wait then shop there, it's not worth being ignored and not helped and then spoken to with an attitude because they had to ring up your order. read more

Growing up my mom took me and my sister to Kohl's A LOT. We used to love going there as kids to pick stuff out for work, school, etc. but this kohl's is a whole other story. All of the stalls except for 3 in the women's restroom were locked and the ones that weren't locked didn't have any toilet paper or seat covers and need less to say there was either urine on the seat or bowel in the toilets that hadn't been flushed. The paper towels were out and there was a broken cabinet just laying there on the floor, no one even tried to hide it. This is store needs better customer service and people who actually care about it. There were a bunch of employees just standing around talking and being rude to other customers and not doing anything. Needless to say, I will not be returning here nor recommending it to anyone I know but will tell them not to go just because of how gross it was. read more

Sunday evening I went shopping to buy two pair of earrings. The store was almost empty. I asked the woman at the jewelry counter -- who was gabbing nonstop with another employee -- if she could ring me up. She actually looked over at the register, hesitated, and then said oh, all right. She rang me up, threw the earrings in the bag and turned back to finish her talk. How rude! Two nights later I got off work and went back for an even exchange of the earrings. Store nearly empty again. Once again two different employees were talking at the jewelry counter. I waited for a while and finally butted in, asking if I could be rung up. One said if it's an even exchange, go over to the registers. Both broke away and went off in different directions. No one left at the jewelry counter. So I went to the women's wear register. One woman on duty, and she was talking on her headset. When I said hello, she turned her back on me! I stood there awhile, moved over to her field of view said hello again, and she continued to ignore me. How rude! So I walked across the store to the men's registers. Only one person on duty there, too, and she walked away even though she saw me coming up, telling me to go to returns. I dropped the other things I was going to buy, fed up with this store. There is nowhere on their website to file a complaint. I worked there a few years ago. You wouldn't dare ignore a customer or you would have been fired. This week I was treated badly by six employees! I can find someplace else to shop. read more

Customer service here is very lacking. The customer service desks are literally overflowing with merchandise. The staff have an attitude similar to the one I experience at the DMV. Pssst, people go to the DMV only because they HAVE to, not because they want to. Store is not very clean. I worked here for 2 months. Most of the people were actually really cool and nice but management however, struggling to run that business. I barely got any hours and they're already understaffed. The store manager constantly complained about not having enough people. Despite this, she didnt schedule me one week for no reason. then I was terminated for not showing up for work, even though I wasn't even on the schedule. Multiple people had got my confused with someone else and had admitted that firing me was a mistake. They told me they were not going to fix it. They weren't going to reverse the termination and then had the audacity to suggest apply for the seasonal position They're lucky I have another job but the level of incompetence and of that supervisor is astounding. I went to Kohl's not looking for anything in particular. I ended up in the jewelry department and discovered there was a really nice sale. Mrs. Elaine was the associate that assisted me. Honestly I would have left without buying anything but she was so sweet and asked to help me so I took the time to look in the cases and discovered there were things that I really liked. She was very knowledgeable and gave me her honest opinion and it turns out that we have very similar taste. I think she is a sweetheart and I will return just for her. read more

I hadn't been to this store in a very long time and remembered it being fairly nice and definitely a cheaper alternative to say Macy's. I constantly see my friends get such good deals at Kohl's and talk up how much the save. I have no idea where they're shopping because it not happening here for me. First off, I understand this is a corporate company and the individual stores don't make their prices. But $50 for a pack of play doh?! That's just ridiculous and I do hope that Kohl's checks their reviews on places. But enough about the company, let's get to the store. I have yet to see a worker here. We wanted to look at video games and apparently the employees have gone the way of the dinosaurs. No idea where they are and so we gave that up real quick. The toy section was somewhat organized but there were tons of toys shoved on shelves half opened, dirty, and just thrown in together; I find better results at Walmart for locating anything. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. My husband and I both used the facilities and they both smelled of ammonia from either the cleaner or from sour urine. It was almost unbearable. The men's bathroom was apparently disgusting. I know men generally have a bad wrap about their bathroom habits but the store apparently just doesn't care that their bathrooms look like a herd of 3 year olds stumbled in. Kohl's has no value on customer service. I've been to this store several times and their staff is always rude and never offers to help even when you're standing there waiting for them to turn around after you say "excuse me." Out of all the Kohl's Department Stores, this is my favorite location, mainly because they usually have the clothes I want in stock and the right colors. Other locations either do not have my size or color. They have a good variety on shoes too. The staff is friendly and always greet me when I walk in. It's a lot cleaner too. I like this store, they really offer a wide variety, considering size of the store. To save the most money, you need their credit card for them you send you coupons & special sale info. But make sure you pay it off every month in full, because the interest rate charged is redonkilous. Another thing to watch for is the temptation of their 'sale' prices. Everything is on sale, when compared to designer prices. I like that the returns desk is now at the front of the store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. read more

I was sent 3 follow-up emails regarding my order and then finally they said one of the items was not in stock therefore putting me under the $50 for my kohl's cash. I spoke with the rudest manager Gwen and she didn't even want to offer a resolution and snatched some papers off the cart and walked to the back. Need to get her attitude in check before someone else does it for her! Still not the merchandise I wanted as this was a Christmas gift. Customer no service! I stood in "line" for 5 minutes while the cashier had to keep telling the lady checking out that she couldn't do what she wanted because of their policy. Not once did she recognize me in "line"....the very next person. Never once did she look at me. I did not exist despite my toddler squirming around in my arms screaming the whole time. I should have let her run free ruining everything in her path instead of being considerate of their store and their employees since they are obviously not considerate of me. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" or "I apologize for your wait" or how about calling for cashier assistance? Buyers beware! They make it as hard as possible to return items. I was buying items and returning items. No sign said where to go. I thought they are like most stores now where you can buy and return at the same place. I waited in a long line for 15 mins only to be told I have to wait at customer service line. So I did. Another 15 mins later I am told that I have to go to another line to return the ring. What it is a cheap ring and I did not buy it at the jewelry counter. I bought it with my other purchases. Why do I have to go through 3 lines and 45 mins to return two little items. It was very hot in the store and I had enough. I left the store without purchasing anything.
