Now with that said I can move onto why I rated them 4 stars. 1 - Extremely friendly, helpful and amazing customer service. I was greeted and taken care off from the time I walked in to the time I left. With a little space in between in order to allow me some privacy to shop. 2 - Their fashion choices are great with some variety! I love the variety of hang-bags, shoes, dresses, tops/bottoms, and jewelry galore to choose from. The quality in the clothes are good. Some of the items I would pass on but others I was impressed with. They accept only items that go back two years and are in excellent wearing condition. Although I wouldn't buy shoes that have been worn by anyone else, they have a huge selection of cute, designer shoes that are in great condition. Many of the jewelry selections are contemporary with a hint of '60's' and '70's' flare. 3 - The decor' of the shop is nice! Nice designs on the walls, pictures and nicely dressed models. The place is kind of small but not over-crowded like some other consignment shops I've been in to. The racks are not crowded and overwhelmed with clothes so it's easy to actually see the clothing without having to pull it off the rack. 4 - Sales! There are particular items specially marked down so just check the tags and find out which ones are on sale. I went two days in a row because on the second day they were having a customer appreciation day with free food and lot's of mark downs. This was a really great way for me to experience what shopping is like on an ordinary day compared to a sale event. The mark downs were great and the prices made it much easier to buy what I needed. All the ladies were very knowledgeable in the products. They gave me so much information about everything that I was encouraged to sign up with their frequent newsletter to stay updated and receive special perks they have to offer. Definitely will be back to shop!

Cashiers to the left and accessories such as sunglasses are in the front entrance. In the rear of the store are women's and men shoes. Women's clothing in the middle and it's more than enough to choose from all designers. Typical Nordstrom Rack. I didn't check out the men's wear other than glancing over to see the set up which is to the left of the store. Beauty products on the right of the store . I only glanced at the counter didn't shop the products. So I'm not sure what products are there I love their selection of Jeans. I bought a pair w/cute white top. I saw a nice pair of ankle cowboy boots but out of my size. There is also a pick up area in the rear. That's pretty cool. Possibly order online and pick up in store The cost is reasonable although some items are still $150 plus but it's nice quality merchandise. Checkout was a breeze. 10 registers, however, all were not open but I'm sure they are on weekends. I heard over the loud speaker they're now accepting Apple Pay. We set a time range for the next day, I went to his store and am very impressed with Nadar's service and pricing. Was a good guy who is fluent in both Spanish and English (dual passports). I value quality service at a fair price and this place fits the bill. On some sites it noted they are open until 8, but I think it is 7pM. I asked the owner about the one poor review and he noted that his father had passed away out of the country and couldn't get anyone reliable to service the store on that day the review referenced. So I hope this 5 star review can continue to counter balance the one poor review. I will continue to come here for my cell phone service needs.
