If I'm being honest, the shopping options in Zanesville aren't the greatest. The city is lucky to have this Kohls on the North end of Maple Ave. in the North Point shopping complex. Without it, the community would be left to shop at the constantly changing, yet always dwindling mall and large discount stores like Gabes and Walmart. This Kohls is easy to access, has a large parking lot, and is open late. The prices are reasonable, and you can accumulate discounts in the form of Kohls cash, woohoo! The staff here is usually pretty friendly, and the place is also kept fairly clean and organized, which is another bonus. I tend to shop for shoes here often. They have a great selection of sneakers, boots, and other shoes. When it comes to the clothing, every now and then I'll find something worth grabbing up. They also have a great selection of items for your home. Everything from kitchen specifics like silverware to curtains and bed spreads. I'll continue to do my shopping in Zanesville at either Kohls or TJ Maxx for sure! read more

I had a great customer service experience yesterday, 05/17/23, at this location. We had left some items on hold to be picked up on Monday, I called and asked the store to extend their hold which they willingly did. I went on Wed (yesterday) to finally pick up the items and one of the items was missing. The description I had was extremely generic and I had a general idea from where it was originally picked up. Amber (one of the staff members), was soo nice in trying to help me sift through the clearance section to try to find it. Upon my request, she even went in the back to see if it was still on hold (the other person could've missed it) .. and she found it!!! She said it was fallen on a different shelf. The item wasn't even worth much, but it was the effort and true customer service that I was impressed with!!! There was no frustration on anyone's face or in their voice. With stores continuing to be understaffed and work load continuing to increase, I'm impressed that kohls is able to maintain professionalism in dealing with their customers and a special shout-out to Amber who was willing to go on a wild goose hunt to find one item for me!! Pricey, but if you have kohls cash, it's not that bad. they have a wide variety of name brand items at a decent price as well. the graphic tshirt selection is on point as well. i'm not a huge fan of the return area being in the very back of the store and that you can't do them at the front registers. The store is clean with a nice constant temperature, and the parking lot isn't congested which is a plus. read more
