Another thing to note is that the line for the register can get pretty long, even on a random Tuesday in May, just be prepared. The deals are definitely the best part! On my last visit I snagged an awesome 5x7 rug for $30. I saw the same rug at other places for at least double the price - score! You can always find some cheap clothes and shoes; more often than not you'll find designer brands for really low prices. They may be from last years line but who cares! For starters, there's ample amounts of parking... especially when compared to quality shopping options. Even in the busy holiday months, you can find a spot that's not too far from an entrance. Once inside, the bathrooms are kept relatively clean and they have security working around the clock. These two factors alone can be difficult to achieve at some malls so its greatly appreciated. When it comes to the main attractions I would say the attached movie theater brings in folks, as well as the recently relocated TJ Maxx and the classic Bath and Body Works, Victoria Secret, and American Eagle retailers. Other than those few spots, this is where retailers come to die. Nothing really lasts thanks to online shopping and better options in Columbus and heck, even Newark. The food court here isn't very exciting either, although there are numerous options. Charley's and Auntie Anne's Pretzels have been there forever and are likely the best. If I were to mention any of the others, by the time you read this review they may be gone already so I won't waste my time (RIP Wendy's, Taco Bell, Garfield's). All in all, this mall could use some TLC. While they do their best to keep the place looking nice they simply don't get enough business to really draw in a crowd. I think I see the most people there on Halloween night (they do trick or treat for the kiddos) and around the holidays. Other than that, it's a ghost town. When I was younger (early 2000's) it was more of a hangout and go-to shopping experience. Colony Square Mall needs a come back!

Still clean but not allowed to walk early morning for exercise anymore. Some store fronts can only be accessed from outside. Many empty stores. I know from rumors they overcharged to push local businesses out to get big name stores in but it backfired. Big business are not making the money here like in Three C cities in Ohio so why pay similar price for a store especially when it's cheaper to buy land and build your own or rent elsewhere, receive incentives from local government for projects which happened. They could of had Kohl's but they built elsewhere and same with other stores. I hope they can revitalize the area but they need to change their thought process and do things differently otherwise I don't see this mall staying open for long. Inside has aged well and still looks good but outside needs a overhaul. I'm sure online businesses have hurt it too but this area doesn't have the same customer base as the three C's so they need to do things differently.

Without it, the community would be left to shop at the constantly changing, yet always dwindling mall and large discount stores like Gabes and Walmart. This Kohls is easy to access, has a large parking lot, and is open late. The prices are reasonable, and you can accumulate discounts in the form of Kohls cash, woohoo! The staff here is usually pretty friendly, and the place is also kept fairly clean and organized, which is another bonus. I tend to shop for shoes here often. They have a great selection of sneakers, boots, and other shoes. When it comes to the clothing, every now and then I'll find something worth grabbing up. They also have a great selection of items for your home. Everything from kitchen specifics like silverware to curtains and bed spreads. I'll continue to do my shopping in Zanesville at either Kohls or TJ Maxx for sure!

Not sure if it's a good one or bad one, but it IS one. In a small town with only two grocery stores, Walmart fills a really big need for this community. On top of providing a third place to get groceries, it also has everything else imaginable (for the most part). They have a garden section, an auto department, a pharmacy, heck they even have a "crafts" section with fabric. While I don't live in Zanesville anymore, I do visit often and a trip here from time to time is unavoidable. There is plenty of parking available, the staff is fairly friendly, and prices are the cheapest in town. Pro tip - Visit the locally owned spots before heading here, please at all costs. For example, I never get booze here because Winerack deserves it more.

This was a woman who was mean for no reason.   Evil and irritated before she probably even pulled into a parking space. She waited for her groceries less than 2 minutes.   Yet was still able to complain to 3 employees That were running back-and-forth to make sure everyone was accommodated. She didn't receive the email that her order was ready. Not only did she not receive it,  it's after 4 and they weren't standing right there with her Flippin groceries.  To the Walmart staff...At least this is addressing the pickup staff. You are wonderful! Your patience...your kind words.. your avoidance of her bitch ass attitude did not go unnoticed... don't get me wrong the service is not perfect.  I've utilized this many times and yes I've had bad produce and wrong items. But at the end of the day I appreciate someone else doing the shopping so my lazy ass doesn't have to.  Keep up the great work.
