Now I had all my daughters with me and they had a nice waiting room. The first surprise when I walked in after I asked them if they could fix my tire, because not only could they fix it right then, but a flat repair was FREE! Even the tire shop where I normally go charges $25 if you did NOT buy the tire there but Point S does then for free! Obviously they do this to get customers, and it works! I'll definitely call there and price tires next time I'm in the market. Not just that but they were super nice, they had coffee, and even 3D printed toys that my daughter bought one of. Over all that are super friendly, and they do not just tires but also ALL auto and some other engine work. This place is definitely worth a call if you have ANY engine or other automotive needs! On my way to a show in Big Timber, Montana, my vehicle was…read moremaking horrific noises from the front end, so, on the way to my concert, I pulled into Kolar Tire & Auto praying they could help. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed with bad wheel bearings and CV joints. To make matters worse, I had a concert in Oregon the next night, 15 hours away. They assured me they would work as hard as they could to get it done. My fiddle player rented a vehicle at the Bozeman Airport so we could get to the show. Kolar Tire & Auto give my fiddle player, security guard and I a ride to the airport. Once we picked up the rental car we stopped for food because we had been on the road for 15 hours coming from other shows. WHILE WE WERE EATING, I received a phone call from Greg saying my vehicle was finished. In an hour and a half! Mind blown. I can't thank this crew enough for the quick response and they have earned my loyalty for life. I will tell all of the other touring artists I work with to stop there if they need anything. Just an unbelievable experience from start to finish.

I told them that they just made me waste 3 hours of my afternoon sitting in the lobby because they got the wrong size of tires, and all they said was sorry, after they told me that i then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to put the tires back on my car so I could leave. They wasted almost 4 hours my time and didn't even try to do anything to make up for it, i wouldn't recommend going there and I will not be going back.
