I left my name, phone number and a brief description for the reason for my call. My call was returned in a very timely manner. Approximately 30 min or less. Brian was friendly and very polite. He offered me multiple opportunities to ask questions if I needed clarification or additional information. He walked me through my options, and what would be needed and what was involved. I really appreciated his follow up with a text. I will post an update once paperwork is completed and signatures obtained.

Met with Peter Goldstein regarding a potential case. I called today and wanted to share update on…read moremy case and Goldstein's law clerk who is not only incompetent but answered my call. I clearly stated my common surname, however Frederick was not paying attention or is clearly incompetent. When Frederick wrongly repeated it, I SPELLED my 6 letter surname for him to which he still got wrong, so I said haven't you ever heard of (I stated a celebrity with my same last name), to which he both mispronounced and misspelled when he repeated it back. Soon Goldstein called me back chastising me about "yelling" at his law clerk. Despite the fact that I never raised my voice, in attempts to cover-up his wrongdoing/incompetency Frederick blamed me, the victim. Goldstein told me Frederick said I was a "disgruntled client". Firstly, I've NEVER TOLD ANYONE I WAS GOLDSTEIN'S "client". Secondly, the fact that Frederick said I was "disgruntled" merely because I corrected him on the my name THREE times does not mean I was disgruntled...perhaps he should have said I was patient. Clearly, Frederick sorely needs a telephone etiquette course. I will NEVER entertain the thought of hiring Goldstein on any case, and will NEVER refer anyone to him either. Goldstein should have ASKED, NOT TELLING me what he heard I did. Goldstein should have learned in law school, "innocent until proven guilty"! Goldstein AND his troublemaking law clerk SHOULD HAVE APOLOGIZED to me, instead of attempting to make me feel I did something wrong just because I calmly and politely attempted 3 times to correct his clerk's errors for not handling the simple task of getting my name accurate. Be careful because the way a person's call is RECEIVED can RUIN the company! To avoid being lied on and mistreated, RUN AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY BECAUSE THERE'S TOO MANY DECENT ATTORNEYS WITH CORDIAL STAFF/RECEPTIONIST IN NEVADA. Peace

SOOO..... When…read morepeople get lawyers or attorneys, it's usually because of your usual bumper or parking lot doozies. Quite Frankly, I'd take that over workers comp claims. You don't expect to get hurt at work, but when it happens, you want to be heard and being my first time in 30 years or so since my first job, I did not know what to expect. Definitely did not expect to be shuffled around like a deck of black jack cards, still loss and confused as to who I can see, when, and specifically, who is listening to my and my concerns? For my fellow YELPERS, if you were wondering why I have not post so much in the past year or so, this was it. I'm better and ready to ROCK. ANYWAYS! Fast forward a year and many research hours later I came across Behzadi Law Offices. Located in a nice plaza off of Sahara at Buffalo, a great location for me because just down the street was my WC MD. So +1 for convenience. My attorney Q has a very nice and comfortable office. Staff is A-mazing, warm and very welcome. What took me was how personable Q and the staff are. I came in with an appointment already in place. Greeted as I walked in and seen within minutes of arriving. Q sat me down in his conference room, and at that point I knew I made the right choice. He sat with me and listened to my concerns as to how my case was going, and before I knew it he had a game plan configured to myself and the next step in the process that needed to be addressed. Mind you, I am already 1 year in, with my case, so he had his work cut out for him in catching up, analyzing and executing his plan. It was not until the end of our meeting that he brought up $. In this case, a settlement for me. 1- I was not there for a settlement. I love work and for the past year up to before I hired Q, I was on a crazy restriction regiment and teetering of loosing my job due to those restrictions. Q was my insurance to assure job security while I recover correctly by seeing and understanding a lot of how the process works so I can retain my job. 2- Him mentioning the $ at the end of the meeting showed me that my concerns came first. More than what I was getting from WC insurance. Respectfully we know insurance do their best to help at a minimum, then when attorneys get involved, you can see a change in speed and direction. That was what Q was for me, structured recovery. Fast forward to today and at the end of the journey with the WC claim, I am better. Pain is not gone, but because of Q I was heard at work and I was able to keep my position at a different assignment. With this move I endure less pain and am able to recover naturally. Unfortunately this will stay with me forever, but knowing I can reopen when needed as explained by Q, and he will be there for me, relieved some of those worries that I carried with me for the first year. I can not thank Q and his Family of workers at Behzadi Law Offices enough. Feeling lost, confused, hit around like a ping pong ball, or passed around like hot a potato? Have a sit down with Q and let him hear you. He heard me. Sometime the best thing someone can do is just that, listen. Mahalo Q and Family
