Evan Needham I think is the best real estate lawyer in Las Vegas and here is the reason why: I had an issue with a home I was trying to rent, The problem was the owner of the home and the listing agent were saying unless I moved into the home at a specific date, which was sooner than I actually could (and that was communicated to them before giving them the deposit) that I would forfeit my $6k deposit. They were very adamant that I make this deposit too, before this move in date was agreed upon. I got tired of the back and forth and how I was being treated, and decided to hire Evan Needham. I called Evan, and that very day he had me come to his office, and we spent 2 hours going over the situation and email communications between the parties. He wrote a letter for me, which resulted in me getting my money back in full within 3 days. They suddenly stopped playing games. Evan answered all my questions, and spent time plenty of time with me to understand my situation, and advised me on what to do if they didn't respond. I really think Evan truly cares about his clients. He is all about his client's best interests and is very responsive. Not only that, but he knows Nevada real estate better extremely well. Evan Needham was very helpful in a very weird situation. That involved a messy divorce between my landlord and their ex-spouse and property rights that were awarded to someone different then we originally signed the lease agreement and only finding out after arriving home to a 30 day notice on front door. My roommate and I were feeling so stuck in the middle of their situation. I was so happy I was able to seek some advise from someone who had no interest in said situation but could offer sound legal advise and offered a nonobjective perspective. We both feel like now we are covered in the event someone tries to retaliate.
