I was on the fence about ordering a bounce house for my daughter's 9th birthday party because it's been raining so much lately. I had already checked several locations online and this site was easy to navigate, showing special packages and availability. I booked online and confirmed the delivery by phone. This is a small business that takes pride in customer service. I believe the owner is a young teacher at the Avon Schools. He and his helper (daughter?) were efficient, pleasant and prompt and had it up in less than 20 minutes. $160 for a day rental was very fair, in fact, I should have kept it another day for an extra $15 (did I mention adults up to 300lbs can jump?). I couldn't be more happy that I decided to find something to keep the kids 'occupied' while I ran around picking up after everyone. Ok, now to handle some serious business about a company that almost ruined my son's 5th birthday party. The BounceHouseGuys is a company that I do not recommend to anybody! They had my wife in tears because they forgot about this special day. I say they forgot about this day because when Dana called they said they were on their way, and then 20 minutes before our party started they called to say that they were not coming because of some Heynis excuse. When I called him myself they didn't even have our names they didn't have our address and he asked me at least 5 times what is your name and number again? Dana had reserved them A week and a half in advance. They try to say that the weather is the reason they could not deliver the bounce house... I called eight other companies and they cannot accommodate me because they were out delivering bounce houses. Oh but when you have faith... The ninth place I called, had a bounce house and they were able to deliver it to me! Jordan got his bounce house!!! The BounceHouseGuys were not responsible for the AWESOME time we had yesterday!!! So I am confident and very much so comfortable saying that this company should never get your business because if they don't want to deliver to you for any reason they're not going to! read more
