Despite being completely aware that my case stemmed from domestic abuse and alcohol problems, Dan often told me "I am not experienced with abuse". There is no indication that the abusive narcissistic behaviors to me and the children, will ever cease let alone lessen. I do not feel he helped guide me through the legal processes, purposes, options, expectations etc., often times failing to even inform or let me know of existence. Ex: I maybe heard the word- subpoena a few times ever in my life. Dan sure did share frustration that certain individuals would not testify but yet failed to mention there was such a thing as being subpoened. He misplaced my witness list, missed deadlines (yes this was also my responsibility when known), did not submit or follow correct processes for a few motions and did absolutely literally nothing for property division. No care in the world that I now endure more and more debt as one result while another is loss.
