I tried the Republika, which has a bit of confiture/jam in it, and it was oh-so-tasty. Thick hot dark chocolate with bits of fruit adding texture and a subtle hint of flavor. Definitely one to drink with the spoon. There are other options, including dessert cakes and pies, and ice cream. Bathrooms: Clean and functional. Fairly spacious.

This is one of the gems of Poznan and during the weekend you need to be lucky to get a table as most of the people will call ahead to reserve, even more if you are a group of more than 2. They have so many variety of hot chocolate drinks that you can come here a few times and still find new flavours. They also have coffee/ice cream/cakes etc but the speciality is hot chocolate (hence the name Cacao Republica). If you are in Poznan, don't miss it and remember, book if you plan to coming on the weekend.
