They go beyond the basic requirements to keep you safe and protected. Masks are required and they do sanitize between every customer. They take your temp and practice safe distance between everyone. They will make an appointment for you and will accept walk ins if needed and they have an open chair. I have curly hair and it is very thick. Darlene tamed my locks without any issues and it is wonderful. Feels and looks great. Prices are reasonable and most requests are mastered quickly. Took wife in for her 10 am appointment and did not get called back until 10:30 am. I was called by…read morea staff member a day prior to make sure I would be on time to only get there and have to wait 30 minutes. Wife manicure and pedicure looked great when complete but she also had to have her toe nails retouched since they tried to rush her out before they were fully cured. While I was waiting I inquired as to the delay and what had happened is they tried to work someone in before my wifes appointment so it pushed everything back. I live 45 minutes away from this spa so it was very aggravating to have to wait after you called to ensure I would be on time.
