They spent around 2 hours on my feet which I needed and never charged me extra. I don't remember everything, but I do remember soaking my feet, chair is a massage chair ( electric), oil, lotion, peeled away dead skin, nail file, cuticles cut and pushed back, hot towels to massage the legs and feet, etc. I will be going back on a regular basis. That service was excellent. BUT then the tech waxed my eyesbrows. She ripped all of my hair off. She went beyond my brow line. I look like a bald headed chicken. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they refused to apologize or accept responsibility. They made up excuses and offered to reimbursed me $10 for the service.
