Eating pizza in different parts of the world can teach you that logic can sometimes be subjective and that subjective logic can be cultural. Sometimes, it'll also make you humbly realize that in some ways, you will probably always be considered as an ignorant foreigner. After a month living in Tirol and eating at almost every pizzeria this is by far the best pizza I've ever had, not only in Tirol, but in life. The stellar sauce is the key ingredient. Fresh, and wonderfully flavorful, they avoid overloading the base so the crust isn't soggy. Nothing beats the intense heat and smoky flavor that comes from a proper wood-burning oven and Pizza Geisterburg is doing an exceptional job at that. The small pool of oil that lives in the center of each carefully placed salami blends very well with the rest of the pie. Somehow, adding a drizzle of olive oil doesn't make it oily at all. Great tasting ingredients and wonderful cheese, unpretentious staff and lovely environment. Excellent, excellent pizza. I could eat here every day.

If you get the corners you have a 180 degree at minimum. This is early fall so not much snow caps but any other time would be even more amazing. The 12 floor bar and restaurant have great views and service. If I lived here I think it would be a regular stop for me. 11th floor is the Spa. Another great place, just wished I had more time to spend there.
