Kontrolfreak will never get a dime of my money, they literally had to issue me a refund after my order was "shipped" two days after it was placed but still hadn't had a update for two weeks. Customer service was a joke and finally they didn't want to help or reship my item, that was never gave to the carrier just the shipping label was created, so they refunded me my money. Horrible company, plus funny enough I found the exact same item on Amazon for cheaper (yes the same brand) with 2 day shipping.... To bad I wouldn't use them if they paid me to try them read more

Zero Stars if possible!!! Don't waste your money with this crap company. I ordered an item with expedited shipping (2-3 days) which I paid extra money for! It's been 10 days now and the order still hasn't arrived! I paid extra to ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. Nope! And forget about ANY customer service. There is absolutely NONE!!! Run the other way from this little crap company. read more

Customer service is Non Existent! I have called to get them to call me back because I have been trying to purchase from their website because their website does not work. No call back in two days. Website is still not functioning. How this company is still in operation is beyond my comprehension. If the developer knew how these monkeys were running his or her company he would fire the people in charge of customer support and website maintenance. Disgusted in Tampa. read more

I just bought one of KontrolFreeks products, http://www.kontrolfreek.com/Game-Controller-Accessories/KontrolFreek-FPS-Freek-Prestige.asp. the FPS Prestige thumb-grip/analog extensions for my XBOX and I have so much more control over the game now than before. It is just awesome and probably the best gaming product I have bought. The results were just fantastic. I even tried it at a golf game which again helped me to do birdies rather than boogies. Especially when teeing off, I got so much longer shots than with the regular Xbox button. Strange how so little can make such a big difference. They were not expensive either....So any serious gamer who's got these on, plays another serious gamer without them, will have a big advantage. read more
