When you enter the building you won't feel like in Las Vegas, but you will feel very very classy and one night you'll just enjoy being a king or queen. While the service is taking your coats at the cloak room, you will maybe see more people there waiting for this. All gentlemen are wearing suits and ties while ladies highheels and fancy dresses. Upstairs you'll find a large hall with different gamble tables, from roulette to Black Jack to Poker... an large patio and some rooms to chill and relax. We were all pleasantly surprised by the mechanism behind this restaurant. Once you are seated you are given a card - much like Vapiano, however, you also get your own computer screen. You tap the number of your seat, and order whatever u want to eat or drink. They have a choice of wine, beer, non alcoholic drinks, meat, fish, vegetarian, salad, dessert and kids menu. After you order, you sit and wait, then depending on what your ordered (between 1 and 10 minutes) your food comes sliding down one of the pipes and lands on your table. The best part is, it comes in a the color of your seat (every seat has its own color ranging from black to white passing by blue yellow pink etc.) and a small sticker specifiying what table, seat and whats the order. I have never been to a restaurant which is as ingenious as this one. we spent two hours saying how wonderful it is. and how amazing it is that the food is sent down those spirals. However the food isnt that good. its cheap i grant you that, 10 euros for a steak, 8 for a schnitzel but its average, not a notch more than average. and another down point is that you cannot personalize, you can just order whats on the menu. all in all worth the trip down to harburg, but i wont be eating there daily.
