They also have figurines/toys, games (eg Warhammer), posters, manga, etc. Game day is every Sunday. And they've got a decent loyalty rewards program and friendly/knowledgeable staff.

To my amazement customers reached out to actually give my kids some cards and the store owner was absolutely amazing. I guess I got to the point in life when my kids are now teaching me stuff. OMG. Missing Pot Lid Incident…read more I am writing to report a disappointing incident experience I had at your Valdosta, GA (1200 St. Augustine Road) location on 11/11/2025 in between the hours of 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.  During my recent visit, I found a pot I wanted to purchase, but did not have a lid. After falling in line for about 20 minutes, at checkout, I politely asked the cashier if a discount could be given since the item is incomplete. She contacted the manager, but instead of speaking to me directly or checking the situation, I overheard the manager saying, "MAYBE THE LID WAS JUST THERE, SO NO DISCOUNT."  I found this response unprofessional and dismissive. I was not upset about getting a discount- it was the way the situation was handled. I would appreciate if the manager had taken a moment to come over or at least respectfully to the inquiry.  I hope this feedback helps improve customer service at the Valdosta store,  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
