I wanted to trade in a game (that has been selling for $130 on eBay, the copy I had was missing the manual but was in good condition.) I just wanted to trade it in for a $40 game they had in the store. The guy made a big deal about how it was missing the manual which is fine because it will change the value a bit but I did research before coming in the store and saw how much it was selling for. I'll attach the pictures of the listing I saw. The guy said no way he would make the trade which was around 30% trade in value that I was looking for. Besides that the whole time I was there the main guy who I assume was the manager was forcing his employees to tell how much rent they were paying which I felt was very unprofessional. Do not sell your games to this store, post them on marketplace to get anywhere close to the actual value of your games.

The second time we were there he was grilling some helpless newbie about the functionality of an AR15 using terminology that was so incorrect it wasn't funny. He was down right cruel to this customer. Picture a wanna be soldier who pretended to be in. This last time we were in (just a few minutes ago) i asked about a used Walther PPK/s he had priced at $850 ($50 over the price if it were new from a retail gun store). I asked him if the price was because of something special and he immediately started arguing... in front of other customers! He first insisted, "I can sell it for whatever I want. It's my store." After I calmed him down he then started proclaiming that I didn't understand what it was, that it was "James Bond's gun from the movies," and that it was a special PPKSX-1 model (no, not S-1). We left again. When a person's character is so incredibly toxic that he abuses people, lies, and argues, there is no way I can trust them enough to do business with them. There's a chance they'll sell me something defective and hide it. Even if I happen to find a gem that I have expert knowledge of, I would never reward this type of behavior and attitude with profiting from my purchase.
