My husband and I had been wanting to go to Canada to experience what the snow resorts had to offer…read more I had started doing my research on which places to go and where we were going to stay and I was overwhelmed. I stumbled across this snow tour group and I'm so glad I did! The crew at Mountain Movements were great! From the moment we were picked up from the airport, we were welcomed into the group of fellow tour goers. They had our whole trip planned out with where we were sleeping and which mountains we were hitting up for the day. They had the scoop on which restaurants were good in certain areas and knew where all the breweries were along the trip to stop at. ( Which my husband loved, since he is a Brewer himself.) There is plenty of opportunities to have some down time if you need it and you can do your own thing for dinner if you'd like. We enjoyed our group quite a bit, so we spent most of our time together. Our group as a whole were pretty good riders, so it was nice to push myself in new terrain. I was probably the 'slowest' of the group but I need felt left behind. There was always one of our guides close by and I really appreciated that. All in all this trip was way better than anything I could have planned and it was awesome to have some fun personalities to keep us laughing throughout the week. We will have some great memories from this trip and some new friends we hope to see again.

Sasha kept the trains running on time, dealing with 40+ "adults", some of whom may have had a few cocktails (guilty), and all their gear is a testament to her attention to detail and patience. Tail guide Wiggles kept an excited group of snowboarders and skiers focused and paying attention, as appropriate to the seriousness of backcountry skiing/boarding. Mitch our cat driver had the most genuine and sincere smile on his face every time helping us load and unload that was a ray of positivity. Who can change an international trip with that short of notice? For my inconvenience they offered me 10% off, thanks but that doesn't match up with the inconvenience of changing an entire trip. Also, they didn't help me connect with anyone else that could replace the trip. When I researched other companies there were no other operators in the area with availability or a similar trip. Not only did they cancel but they did it so late I had no other opportunities. To throw salt on the wound, it's going to be a powder day when I was scheduled with them... I would not recommend this company as you cannot count on them to follow through.
