Remembering the taste of Kopi Roti's Kaya Toast (I haven't had one for a long time) is making my mouth water right now. I really have to come back to this place soon.
Inspired by Singaporean coffee shops, Kopi Roti serves their signature coffee (in hot Kopi or cold Kopi Jelly forms) with their signature bun (Kopi Bun), as well as different kinds of toast (French Toast, Choco Milk Toast, Peanut Butter Toast, and Kaya Toast).
The latter is my favorite: thinly sliced loaf bread with kaya (coconut jam) and butter. It's best eaten warm, while the butter is melting into the bread. I have friends who love to pair this with Kopi Roti's Soft Boiled Eggs. (I like my eggs well done, so I haven't tried that yet).
If, like me, you enjoy eating breakfast food at any time of the day, this place is perfect for you. read more
