Tamela and I chatted during the massage she is quite nice and we had a lovely talk. The massage was adequate but not very organized and didn't seem to have a purpose. I have had many massages over the years this was possibly more relaxation than therapeutic. As I said it seemed to lack purpose just kind of random strokes, in a particular order. Very strange.

I had also requested no scents and no music if possible, and they did not even mention it, definitely used scented prodcuts. If they could not accommodate, that is fine, but what is the purpose of the notes if no one pays attention to it? The pedicure itself was mostly good except that body scrub should not be used on dry skin because it is painful. And even though I am a good tipper, I agree with what someone else said about the auto-gratuity. For what they charge, it should not be necessary for them to pay their staff well all on their own. My facial started by laying on a heated table to begin the relaxation process, and the massage along with the products were great. For the pedicure, hot stones were used to massage the legs, which was a nice added touch. After or before your treatment you are also able to use the Wind and Water Sanctuary, which consists of a dry sauna, steam room, vitality pool, aroma therapy rain shower, and heated lounge chairs. We could have just stayed in there all day! And if that's all you want to do, you can purchase that instead of a service. Overall it was a nice experience and we will definitely come back again.

The spa is very relaxing and professional. My only suggestion would be to space clients out more in the locker room. When you have 3 ladies with lockers right next to each other, it doesn't allow much room to change privately and efficiently.
