They had a good response time, but Matt seemed bothered & annoyed by our questions. He was rude and condescending many times. Catlin was professional & nice to work with, yet neglected to notice on probation documents that the prosecutor listed a 2 year term when it was supposed to be 18 months. Had I not paid attention & noticed the discrepancy my family member would be doing an extra 6 months unnecessarily. Disappointing when you're paying top dollar & under so much stress that you can't trust them to get the paperwork correct. Overall, I didn't feel that Matt had our back & was not on our team.
