Someone called off the online form and told me it would be a couple days and that it would be X amount of money. Then someone returned my call and told me same day was possible and it would be X amount of money. Long story short someone was there that day to look at our dryer. We paid a service fee and then we paid another time for the item to be fixed. I was a little confused because I thought it would be taken off the total but I don't know. Overall it was fast service and the tech onsite was friendly and fixed our unit in no time. Super thankful that they were responsive, but internal communication could be better.

I call in every few weeks and continue to be told that the part has shipped and will be in early next week. (I was told that the part shipped on October 2nd and would be in early the following week, when I called on October 26, I was told that the part would ship on October 29th and they would be out early the following week) It is now Nov 16 and Quality is looking into it again. I am expecting that I will be told that the part will be shipping and coming in next week.... Every time I call, I get a new excuse as to why the part is not here yet (the last time I was told that sometimes things get lost (3x now!) Very irritated and will not be buying appliances from Quality in the future.

They bought both a stove and dishwasher on September 8 and were installed by their people. By the night of September 12th the dishwasher was leaking water all over the kitchen. The plumber cane out the next day to say the pump in the dishwasher was bad. Quality wouldn't even think about replacing it. Only been 5 DAYS but they said it was now only a warranty issue and told us to call their people who fix warranty issues. No I'm sorry this happened to you, we will fix it right away. Nope. They are all too willing to push it off on to someone else. Still no call on when dishwasher will be fixed. Quality still says they won't do anything. No urgency on anyone's part to fix their glaring issue. Now it's been another week and nothing. I'm recommending to my parents we get people to disconnect dishwasher and dump it in their parking lot. Right as I give them notice they are being sued.

UNFORTUNATELY, the service repair is contracted to CROSSTOWN! I was scheduled from 8am-12pm TODAY. I received a call from Crosstown who said I was not on the schedule and I argued that I was. The dispatch lady from CROSSTOWN had to call me back and when she did she stated there were 2 tickets for my repair one was in fact scheduled for TODAY FROM 8AM-12PM and the other one wasn't scheduled so she canceled the unscheduled ticket. I was to receive a call when the service guy was 30-20 minutes out. I never received a call so I called CROSSTOWN and the guy (Jordan) was a JERK and told me that he was going to cancel my ticket since he didn't know when the service guy was going to be here. I told him DO NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT and demanded to know when the tech was going to be here. I am now being told it will be between 1 and 3pm today. This is HORRIBLE customer service!!! And now that they saw my review they canceled my service all together!! Oh Jordan how about you tell the truth! Here's my email confirming my appointment for today from 8am-12pm!! Why would I need to contact you BEFORE my appointment? CROSSTOWN called ME this morning SE the photo below of my call log from CROSSTOWN not vice versa! Talk about poor service followed by horrible treatment of a former customer. I would highly recommend going Elsewhere for used appliances or parts on anything.
