From start to finish, Landscape Designer Bryon Weber, was our designated point of contact throughout the entire process. It is such a relief these days to work with just one person so that there is no confusion between us, the clients and the contractor. We just moved from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO and are completely unfamiliar with the different climate and landscaping options - but we knew that we wanted an outdoor living space that we could enjoy now and in the years to come with our children. We did our research at first and scheduled interviews with different landscape "companies", some of which we found were just asperaitional one-man businesses that did little more than the most basic lawn maintenance. Lindgren Landscape and Irrigation, Inc. was by far the most professional - and with our goals and budget, we didn't want to take any chances by trying to cut corners. We wanted to do it right. Bryon listened to what we wanted in our outdoor living space, asked relevant questions and took lots of detailed notes. He came back with a design that really impressed us and was about 90% where we ended up after a few tweaks. The planning, scheduling and execution was exceptionally coordinated and there was hardly any downtime in the three-and-a-half weeks to complete the project. We're now left with a beautiful outdoor living space that is comfortable, day or night, that both we (Mom & Dad) and our kids all enjoy every day. Despite our project and budget being larger, in the end, after all of the miscellaneous costs for materials, etc. - we were less than one-tenth of one percent over budget. This was due to Bryon keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process, making excellent recommendations when needed to cut costs, etc., etc. Bryon was always available by either phone or email and was quick to return calls. For us, that made the entire undertaking much less stressful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had drawn up initial project plan ideas and communicated our design concept and budget expectations with Mitch who incorporated all of our ideas and more into the vision of the final design. We appreciated the detail in the quote we were given for each line item. Mitch was somehow able to bump our start date up a week despite our project happening in the midst of the pandemic, and the schedule was forecasted accurately, completing the work on schedule as planned. Mitch and the crew were communicative throughout the entire process and were responsive and quick to act on a few changes made during the two weeks they were installing our landscaping. They showed exceptional attention to detail - ensuring that boulder placement was just right, pavers were perfectly lined, etc. The crew put a lot of care into leaving the project site clean each day before they left. It was evident that they care about the quality of their work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product - and we are. We are getting a lot of compliments on the unique design and love sitting on our deck admiring our landscaping. We scheduled a date for a month later, and they kept to it exactly, showed up on time with a large crew and appropriate equipment, and removed 2 tight to the house cottonwoods and ground the stumps all in one day. Very professional, dependable, low hassle, and competitive prices. Our neighbors came by to get bids when they saw how efficiently the guys were working! I left message and got call back a week later and asked if someone could look at the line and fix if possible. Unhelpful and unfriendly woman on phone repeatedly said that invoice states that they aren't responsible for sprinkler system. OK, that is understood. But courtesy would be to look at it and rectify if possible and easy as it was avoidable in this case. Told me someone would look at it and fix it if possible. No one ever came or contacted me about it. Will definitely go with someone else for future service and will advise neighbors and friends to do the same.

My friends, we are talking 2800 dollars to remove some branches! I called Kincaid after reading its reviews. The person on the phone was courteous, and professional. After hearing the previously quoted price, she validated my assumption that we were being price gouged. She noted my concerns regarding downed limbs in the street, and let me know they would respond once she conferred with the arborist. We received a call that day, and scheduled for the the next. They took care of every tree, and removed and chipped all the down limbs. They were quick, professional and the trees look amazing! The total cost: well under the quoted price of this other company for one just hour of work. Having grown up in "Tornado Alley" price gouging leaves a sick feeling in my stomach. taking advantage of folks, in a pandemic no less, to make extra money is criminal. Most of the work was done well, although…read morethe rock I received was so very dirty, and the weed mat was practically useless because of all the dirt in the rock. This season, the rock area is so dirty, with areas that show mostly dirt , that more rock is needed, yet the dirt will remain. I take part of the blame for not refusing to accept the dirty rock, although I was told that the dirt would disappear, which it did not. We spent about $20k on this landscaping and unfortunately will be spending more to complete it this summer. Be diligent in inspecting your project before accepting the results.
