Why are they broadcasting shows with no sound??!! This has been going on for months, hit or miss. And the picture quality is awful.

Blurry TV station that airs skin care infomercials when they're supposed to be airing Giants baseball games. Calling their master control you'll find that you can't leave voicemail as the inbox is full. I plan to contact several of their advertisers to let them know how this TV station operates. read more

Why are we forced to watch the SF Giants on this terrible station. The picture is horrible and the sound worse. Isn't there another option?

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give a minus star rating. This station is terrible! This is the absolute worst station to watch sports, especially the SF Giants ball games. The SF Giants are soooo popular! What is the problem!? Why, oh why are the Giants' games aired on this awful, awful station/ channel? Every season is the same - there is no high def, the picture is blurry and the supposed wide screen cuts off a lot of the picture! My goodness, there has to be changes made to this ridiculous broadcasting! Join the modern world! KOTR sucks! GIANTS FANS, and there are MANY of us! deserve so much better!!! I wholeheartedly agree with Marty H. about this station!!! BUT what is worse than their so called coverage of the Giants games is their customer service!!! I have emailed them twice....no response!! I have called twice and left voicemails both times...no response!! In my two voicemails I did not complain about anything. I just asked them to return my calls!!! What a way to run a business...no accountability whatsoever!! What a joke!! read more

I hate this TV station. This is not the first time they screwed up. They are supposed to be broadcasting the SF Giants v San Diego Padres RIGHT NOW. Instead, they are broadcasting Dog the Bounty Hunter. Try to call the station and guess what? Nobody is there and - surprise - all the mailboxes are full so you can't leave a message. I hit a random extension and blasted the poor sap whose number it is. I doubt anyone there will care though. In the past - when they've done this - I have called, left my name and phone number - and never heard so much as a peep out of them. I hope all their advertisers pull their ads. Certainly the guys who ponied up the do-re-mi to advertise during the Giants broadcast shouldn't have to pay for tonight. No one is watching! read more

They keep showing TMZ reruns.. no new TMZ in a couple of weeks!? Inside Edition is also often old on this channel.... seems like a rerun or at least has stories on about things that happened weeks ago...??? Not the channel to go to for the latest in entertainment news... read more
